We provide these services by phone, email, meetings and the use of online accounting programs.
We provide an online accounting service which uses the client's choice of software, for example Xero, Quickbooks or Sage.

Very poor service received. Files accounts on December 31st leaving only one day to pay your tax then promies refunds and then pays less than agreed.

Due to client confidentiality we cannot make the appropriate reply, giving the background. When Mr Lavery ceased to be a client, as a goodwill gesture we made a refund of some fee instalments to him.

What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We provide business accountancy, bookkeeping and tax services. Also personal tax affairs and tax planning. Fees are agreed in advance. We aim to be easily contactable and we offer to our clients the opportunity for regular discussions to take place. Good communication between an accountant and a client is important. There is, as standard, an introductory meeting and also one to discuss the final figures. If requested, a visit to the business premises will take place.
Tax planning
One of the aims of tax planning is to achieve a tax efficient outcome, in other words a more favourable tax position if this is legitimately possible. The process of tax planning includes identifying the tax implications of personal and business activities and of alternative choices of action.
