How long have you been in business?
I have spent at least 5 years working in the cleaning industry working in commercial high profile office buildings, and recently became self employed.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
No generally my clients prefer me to use their own equipment and supplies, should they request I bring them that's not a problem willing to do so.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to do a thorough cleaning task regardless what it is and do it properly. I enjoy the before and after look and receive job satisfaction when the areas I've just worked on are gleaming and clean. and most important of all the responce from happy clients .

What inspired you to start your own business?
I knew I did a great job working for other businesses I received many compliments and encouragement from customers for the services I provided, so decided it was time I took action and go it alone. I love the flexability I have of meeting new people and regular schedules. I love the aspect of earning my own salary and taking on responsibilities of being a business owner. It's early days yet but I do hope to become very successful at what I do.

I enjoy providing excellent customer service. I have a friendly and outgoing nature with an understanding for the need to be both professional and meticulous. I am loyal who is genuinely interested and feel comfortable working in household environments I am dedicated, hard working, honest and trustworthy very thorough with a flexible approach. Ability to task manage well while maintaining a high standard of work.
I like to live in a clean fresh and tidy home. I want clients to be happy with my service and trust that I will leave their home in a clean, fresh, hygienic and comfortable environment.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have had both jags now. Keep proper safe 2 meter distance from customers if they are present in the home. I wear a mask also. As always wear protective clothing rubber gloves etc. I wash and clean use hand gell often.
