Ideal helped me when my very old bathtub spout (in my very old bathtub, surrounded by my very old tile, on top of very old walls, in my very old bathroom, in a house in which I live, and I also have a tenant who shares the bathroom) wouldn't shut off.
It only made sense when they had to tear into the wall to redo plumbing, to get a new tub and tile, in addition to new plumbing behind the wall.
The level of project planning, expertise & customer service was excellent from demolition (they zipped off the bathroom, so dust wouldn't travel outside the room), to rebuilding (they discovered my floor was not level & built it back up, put in new insulation & drywall), installation (tile setters were awesome!). The plan to finish the project was for 8 days, and the entire task was finished in 8 days!
Every day when they left, they cleaned up every spec of dust and dirt all the way to the front door and porch! PLUS they went above and beyond by replacing a light fixture that wasn't working, and changing out the doorknob, etc. The guys who worked onsite, were so professional & kept in close communication with me every step of the way. My bathroom is BEAUTIFUL now, and now I have no more worries!
I've since used Ideal for 2 other issues I had in a rental property (water leak from upstairs neighbor into my HVAC closet), and in my home (water heater started leaking). In my experience, they continue to exceed my expectations, and I would recommend them highly. Some of the same guys have worked on more than one project for me!

This company was very professional from the initial meetings with the designer and estimator Joe to the actual workers on site. We were traveling when a lot of the work was done with no problem. The lead worker Jose was skilled at many trades and took care of our minor punch list quickly. The job was expensive but we did get custom cabinets which added a lot to the cost. I had a great fitness photo shoot today with Brent. Â I've never done a professional photo shoot before but Brent made me feel comfortable and safe in front of the camera. Â He is a true master at what he does -- he knows the perfect lighting to bring out your muscles and showcase all your hard training work. We went with Ideal for our small bath remodel because from the beginning we felt we would get the bathroom we have wanted. They were actually the most expensive bid but we felt good about them having their own crew of plumbers, electricians, designer, etc. Two companies they contracted with for tile and shower door were well known to them. The crew was knowledgeable and professional and cleaned up at the end of the day. We were informed of the problems they ran into immediately. We won a photo session with Brent Haywood at a charity silent auction. Â As it was a donated photo session, we didn't know what to expect. Â We were pleasantly surprised! Â Brent was very patient with our family of 8, which included 2 (crazy!) children (ages 3 and 6). Â Brent was creative and fun. Â We were very happy with the experience. Â But then we got the photos, and we were thrilled! Â He took some wonderful family portraits, as well as some fantastic candids of our children. Ideal Plumbing re-piped part of my older home. They did a good job, they were able to schedule for the time slot I requested, everything was cleaned up and left as before the project began. They sent a man to fix the drywall and he made the opening completely disappear! The texturing was identical to the remainder of the wall - can't even tell where it was disturbed. I would use them again. I gave them 4 stars because I believe that they charge top dollar as far as plumbers go. I think that they could lower their prices a little. More...

Brent is an amazing photographer! He was extremely accommodating in terms of our appointment (we had to change the day at the last minute) and location (dog beach) and spent extra time at the shoot to make sure we got the perfect family photos! We were blown away by the quality of the photos - it was really hard to narrow down our favorites as there were so many amazing shots. Brent Haywood and his team are incredible. We have been using them for years and this year alone we have completed more than 30 photo shoots for our business. They have a solid team of great professionals. Brents partners, including his dad are all great. We have shot 7 DREAM Homes ads together and he works with our company regularly (which primarily specializes in high end homes needing the best photography). I am not sure about the poor Yelp on Brent's page but I can tell you that is a aberration because our entire brokerage swears by him and we sell a lot of real estate in the county. I am so fortunate to be able to have Brent as a RE photographer and I hope to keep it up for years to come! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! More...
