Working with Brenna was wonderful. I was never someone who thought wedding flowers were something that mattered that much in the big scheme of a wedding, but having amazing flowers, like the ones we got from Brenna make a HUGE difference. All day people were asking me who did the flowers for our wedding and telling me they were some of the best wedding florals they had seen and I could not agree more.

Brenna is great to work with and very flexible. She asks about what you like and works with you to come up with a style that will work for your vision. She is creative, innovative, and always offering fresh and modern ideas. I didn't get to meet Brenna personally, but I am forever grateful for her. I had a mini-crisis with my original bouquet, so I contact my photographer, @casiyost, and she recommended Brenna. I was freaking out because my elopement was in two days, but within 15 minutes of asking Casi for help, Brenna called me. We talked over color schemes, and maybe within an hour, she sent a picture of something she created to give me an idea of how the bouquet would look. I was floored by the "draft" of the bouquet! It was beautiful, and it wasn't even complete! After that, I had full confidence in her, and I didn't see the final bouquet until the day of our elopement. Brenna also made a charming boutonniere and dog collar on top of my bouquet (which I will keep and use as some decor)! Casi, our photographer, picked up the flowers and brought them to us on our elopement day, and Brenna had also sent her with a bunch of petals for decoration. The flowers were the only piece of decor we had, and I am so thankful we ended up hiring Brenna. I could never thank her enough for the help, and she will never know how grateful I was when I first saw the bouquet. I almost cried with relief! I highly recommend Brenna. Wow! I don’t even know where to start with Brenna. My husband and I were just absolutely blown away with with not only the gorgeous flowers but also Brennas attention to detail and the thoughtfulness she put into it all. Brenna has a heart of gold, and a unique eye for design. I worked with Brenna over the phone as I was eloping on the Oregon Coast, and I was from Wyoming. Through seeing pictures and chatting with her, she was able to create the most gorgeous eucalyptus alter ring for us--everyone commented on how beautiful it was. She was open and willing to change a few things on my bouquet so that it matched my vision perfectly. She came early to set up and was super patient when my mother got lost and wasn't there on time to direct her where to set up. Brenna took it in stride and pulled it all together quickly. We hired her for the bride/bridesmaid bouquets, mothers' corsages and the groomsmen/fathers' boutonnieres. She called, emailed and/or checked-in throughout every step of the way, from our first meeting to ordering to putting everything together. She was always available to discuss design changes and explain flowers (something I know nothing about). The Friday before the wedding there was a mix up with her order at the market (not on Brenna's end) and she fixed them! She pulled out the most amazing save and created stunningly gorgeous bouquets and corsages, better than I had ever imagined. Brenna was an absolute delight to work with and I couldn’t have achieved such a beautiful wedding day without her beautiful work. Brenna and I were able to meet face to face and chat about the look and feel of the venue before she suggested any arrangements or ideas. She listened to what was important and was creative in making arrangements for my dog, bridesmaids with allergies and a later addition of a beautiful big arch. I wanted peonies for my June wedding but gave her creative license to fit within my color scheme... and let me tell you I was so excited about what she created. Everything was beautiful. My stepson broke two boutineers the day of and she was able to make it seem like nothing had happened. I felt so blessed to have Brenna as my florist on my wedding. I had originally hired a different florist because I didn’t know about Brenna. Well after months of communication, my original florist flaked on me at the very last minute and hadn’t even ordered any of the flowers. Luckily, she referred me to Brenna who pulled off an absolute miracle. She met with me right away and understood my design wishes perfectly & ordered the flowers the next day. Her communication was second to none and she put this bride who was in full blown panic mode, at ease. On my wedding day, I was over the moon with the gorgeous arrangements she brought; I couldn’t stop staring at them and I received compliments long after the wedding on my beautiful bouquet! In the end, my original florist flaking on my was a blessing in disguise because she wouldn’t have come close to making my flowers perfect like Brenna did. I was 6 weeks out from my wedding date when I realized I had to really buckle down and hire a florist… which was difficult because I was still unsure about my wedding colors and what types of flowers I wanted.
After reaching out to several florists, Brenna was the first to contact me and really set precedence.

Brenna took the time to know me, my fiancé (now husband), asked about wedding details and asked me about my interests. She went through a mood board I had quickly put together in detail, asking me all the right questions, which in return made me realize I may not have wanted the same look and feel as I thought. Our initial conversation went so well, I could tell she was not only easy to work with, she was also thorough, knowledgeable and professional. She also was able to work within my budget and give me options to help reduce costs as there wasn’t much wiggle room to what I wanted and how much I could afford.

Since I had waited last minute to choose a florist she was able to combine and squeeze typically 3 meetings into 2 within a short time period. She was very accommodating and willing to meet around my schedule which was not easy either!

Before the wedding Brenna had mentioned there were some florals and small details I wanted but were either out of season or difficult to accomplish, to my surprise the day of the wedding Brenna was able to get the exact things I wanted!! She is truly amazing and added these minor details to make sure I was happy. And everyone was shocked at how beautiful and abundant the bridesmaids bouquets were, thinking they were mine!! She gives much love in all her pieces and I am still in awe at how beautiful everything was! I have attached photos of some of her work!

Brenna was the first and only florist I spoke with after looking at her work. I really don’t have enough kind words to say about Brenna! She was absolutely WONDERFUL to work with! My husband and I are from Erie, Pennsylvania so planning an elopement that was to take place literally across the country was extremely nerve wracking! Brenna helped ease our worries and was very quick to respond to any questions that I had with also providing us with any suggestions! My husband and I were originally suppose to get married at Wahclella Falls in Oregon in September of 2017. However, due to the Eagle Creek wildfire that took place that same month we had to move our wedding location last minute!!! Brenna was amazing with helping us come up with suggestions of other locations on such a short notice! We then decided to move our location to Falls Creek Falls in Carson, Washington! Due to moving the location; our make-up stylist was not able accommodate to our new location! Brenna was quick to think of her experienced friend to help with the make-up service! She truly went above and beyond with helping us pull everything together for our special day!! I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her!!! She understood my vision with both my bouquet and my husband’s boutonniere and came up with the most beautiful arrangement. Brenna was such a life saver for me! Due to a series of unfortunate events, we had to re-plan a wedding from out of state with just four months to go. I got Brenna’s number from our photographer and never looked back. Her taste and ability to create whatever is in your head is just amazing! She checked in with me multiple times throughout the planning to not only check in on flowers, but give advice with venders, offer help with other details, and general support during all the planning stress. Everything she made for us was just beautiful. She made two separate deliveries for the ceremony and reception spaces and even made sure the tablescapes were set up perfectly. I never once had to worry about this part of the planning and really wouldn’t go to anyone else for future events near Portland. We couldn't have asked for a better Florist! From our first meeting Brenna was so easy to get along with and we ended up talking for almost an hour about things that had nothing to do with flowers. She was very detailed in her planning and even sent us a look book of images and colors that represented what we wanted our floral arrangements to look like, this way we could make sure we were all on the same page about everything. Whenever I had a question, Brenna would get back to me within the day with an answer. If there were any changes she was making to the floral arrangements, due to a shortage of a specific flower, she would always run it by me first to make sure I was okay with the change. One thing I love about Brenna was that she threw in a throwing bouquet for free. Every time I think about the feeling I got when I walked into my venue I want to cry happy tears all over again. The only word to describe it is perfect. Seeing everything Brenna and I had talked about throughout the time we worked together actually finalized and set up was so wonderfully overwhelming and I’ll never be able to forget how good that felt. Brenna and I started planning florals several months before my wedding and throughout the entire time leading up to the wedding we had great communication, including her personal help calming me down right before walking down the aisle. The bouquet she brought to me in my bridal suite was even more spectacular than I had dreamed of. The ceremony and reception florals were jaw dropping...she just made everything happen. That being said, floral artistry is one of the number one priorities you need to invest in— and Brenna will go above and beyond to deliver. Brenna Burnett Designs made the wedding bouquet of my dreams. She was an amazing communicator with a lot of great advice, but she also always made sure that I was getting exactly what I was dreaming of. When my bouquet arrived on the day of my wedding, it was the first thing that made me tear up. She went above and beyond on everything that she did, from the box that she carried it in to the detail of the ribbon. When you compare the quality and amount of flowers to the price, there is no one better. Add in her talent and kindness, and you have the best flower designer in Oregon.
