110% exceeded my expectations. I found Brenda's Flowers through BloomNation. I had never used Brenda's Flowers before, but I will definitely be using them again in the future. Wonderful experience and beautiful flowers. I live out of state and ordered flowers from Brenda's based on the location of the florist and hoped for the best. Brenda's did the flowers for my wedding, and I was completely blown away by the quality, creativity, and ability to perfect the vision we had for our wedding flowers. We wanted wild flower vibes in all different colors and provided a few pictures of what we were going for, and Francisco and the crew and Brenda's blew us away! They were better than we could have ever hoped. I am SO happy we went with Brenda's for our flowers and would recommend them to anyone and everyone getting married. Wow! Not only are these flowers just gorgeous for only $45 before delivery but they were an absolute dream to work with. They worked tirelessly to get these delivered over a two day period. They kept me up to date via text and were kind and professional. I was really impressed considering how difficult it was to get these to the recipient. I am a former florist from Seattle so I know quality when I see it.  I received a floral arrangement from Brenda's which looked a little 'tired. '  It was a hot day and hydrangeas don't like a lot of heat so I called to ask them if they could drop off some fresher stems the next day.  When the delivery person walked in with a brand new arrangement I just about fell over - it was such an unexpected gesture on their part.  Talk about customer service -- Wow!That very afternoon I had to send an arrangement to someone and called Francisco who listened patiently as I reeled off all of the flowers I wanted.  He was patient and professional.  I asked him to send me a photo of the arrangement and I was blown away by how it exceeded my expectations (and I'm a tough sale)!Hats off to Francisco and his team.  I will use them again (and again)! They did a great job with my order. I called late Friday afternoon for a flower delivery to my sister and they made it happen within a couple of hours! This flower shop is great. I cannot see someone having a bad experience here. They have a very good selection for a small flower shop. They are more than happy to build a custom bouquet for you. I called around about 4 other small flower shops and Brenda's flowers was the cheapest for sure. Saw some of the same flowers at chains like Trader Joes etc, but Brenda's flowers are way more fresh looking and bigger even if they are a little bit more in price. Should support your local flower shop anyways. Nothing but great service and prices for Brenda's flowers. Definitely will come here again if I need flowers in the future. More...

I ordered a very detail specific bouquet for Mother's Day & Brenda's flowers did an AMAZING job. Brenda made sure I had everything I asked for in my bouquet down the the vase/box we used. Brenda's Flowers is the best florist that I have come across in West LA. The quality for the price can't be matched from what I have seen. There are daily mixed arrangements that will beat anything you can find at a Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, or grocery store and for a fraction of the price. Very nice community flower shop. I always like supporting small business, so I stopped by for the first time yesterday to get some birthday flowers. The shop is small, but nice. They have a nice variety of fresh flowers at very affordable prices, and the shop owners (I think they were the owners, a man and a lady) were also very nice.
