I have trained with a few personal trainers and Nicole is by far my favorite. She is incredibly knowledgeable, has a very warm personality and really knows how to push my fitness/capabilities to get the results I want. I would highly recommend Breathe fitness to anyone, and have even recruited my sister to train with me on 1 of the 2 sessions I do a week. My sister claims she really doesn’t like exercising, yet she never seems to miss her training sessions with Nicole! More...

Both Nicole and Len go above and beyond to ensure their clients meet their fitness goals. The workouts are always challenging, effective and personalized. Talented, expert personal training. I've trained with Breathe for 7 years and have been so well supported (during pregnancies, post partum, through injuries, etc). I always feel challenged, but safe; I can challenge myself knowing that Nicole's expertise will never allow injury. I've gotten so much stronger and have much improved chronic low back pain. More...

There is so much I could say, but I'm just going to keep this as simple as possible. The sessions I have here are unbelievable. Nicole is an incredibly gifted and knowledgable trainer who knows exactly how to push your limits and create true strength and stability. After every session I walk away feeling completely taxed and depleted. Shortly after I feel nothing short of invincible. This is the place when it comes to truly specialized one on one training. I've been training at Breathe for over 2 year now. It's the longest time I've ever stuck with the same personal trainer. Nicole is really knowledgeable, friendly (but don't think you can slack off), a good motivator and flexible (if you need to change the time),
The environment is very personal and friendly, plus it's usually just you and your trainer there, and occasionally another person is exercising with a different trainer.

As a mom I really like the opportunity to bring my child with me, If I can't find childcare on that day and don't want to skip my workout.
Nicole has a great ability to find workout partners if you want one, but none of your friends want to come. Early on she partnered me up with another girl and it's been perfect match, we are very similar in our strength level and we even 'complain' about tough workouts the same way. We still exercise together most of the time.

Overall I come here regularly because of the differences in my strength and energy levels, plus it's a great environment.

In the 2 months that I’ve been going to Breathe Fitness I’ve went from feeling a serious lack of motivation and confidence to work out to now having a new found LOVE for it! I never thought I would look forward to working out as much as I do now! Nicole never makes me feel bad or judged if I have a rough day. I've been training with Len and Nicole for 3 years, and I am so happy I took that first step and decided to try them out! Workouts are varied enough that they are never boring, yet consistent enough that you see improvement quickly . I appreciate their positive attitude and encouragement, as well as their tough love. Every workout is tailored for your individual needs and goals. Our craft is science-based but it is also about understanding people and adjusting workouts to fit the person for that day.

Train with us in-person or online!

We also offer personalized online programs with written descriptions and videos. These programs can be done on your own wherever you exercise or with the equipment you already have at home. Many of our personal training clients supplement their trainer-led sessions with these self-led workouts to ensure progress is being made – consistency is the key!
