Our vision at Breathe first aid training is to make first aid courses more accessible to the general public, and to improve first aid delivery in the workplace. In the United Kingdom, 150,000 lives a year are lost to causes which with basic first aid skills and knowledge , could have been prevented.

She made the course interesting and relatable and I also really enjoyed the day. I attended the 'First aid for parents' course in Ipswich. A must for any parent or carer of babies though to teenagers . As much as we don't like to think about it, its good to know what to do if an accident happened. The course was excellently delivered by Registered Nurse Cassie (a mum of two herself). Her passion for sharing this life-saving knowledge is clear. Highly recommended More...

I've just completed the Basic Life Saving and Automatic Defib Training Course with Cassandra Hall. I rank it amongst the most informative and useful courses I've ever done (along with my flying training). Excellent instruction and practical experience training by 'Cassy'. Although feeling very confident to administer it if called upon I just hope that the situation never arises where I need to put it into practice. More...

Q&As

Teaching on a whole is a very rewarding experience, I particularly like teaching those with learning disabilities or with additional needs. I also love empowering people, giving them the essential skills needed to quite literally save a life.

I’m a trained nurse and specialise In Emergency Medicine, after a few years in acute care it became evident to me that if first aid skills were improved upon pre-hospital then we could achieve better outcomes for patients.
I believe ANYONE with the basic skills and knowledge can save a life.

Unlike many other instructors I have hands on experience in dealing with cardiac arrest, acute illness and accidents.
Breathe First Aid is a very small family run business which enables all our training to be bespoke and tailored to the client.
