Break Thru Athletics

I have worked with personal trainers before and working with Kira has honestly been the greatest. She is such an awesome person to begin with but her program really does help. I came to Kira with my own insecurities, challenges and health problems and within the last few months of being one of her clients I have already started to feel like a better me!
