Nothing but positive things to say about BRD Roofing. Came when they say they would & done the job of Replacing my very old flat roof. Had an additional 3 quotes from other roofing companies(BRD was not the cheapest quote) But i was told step by step what was going to happen & was not asked for a single penny upfront. Unlike the other companies who wanted money to commence the contract. Overall i found BRD to be a very hard working family run Business who actually care about their customers. The other companies were more concerned about there upfront payments which made me feel very uneasy. I even tried to pay in full with BRD on the last day of work but was told by Brian he would not accept a single penny until the work was completed & i was happy. I had the pleasure of working under Mr Dawkins for a number of years as i was serving mt apprenticeship.
Knowing Brian personally as time went on i grew to understand that there was a no nonsense approach to how things should be done & that the customers satisfaction was always the primary goal.
I was taught that quality was always important & workmanship should always be second to none.
Brian always told me that if it was not 100% correct then is was not going to happen.
I owe my own success to my mentor & this is the main reason as to why i have moved up the ranks to now having my own very successful company for the last 14 years.
I would strongly advise any one in Dunfermline or the surrounding areas to contact BRD Roofing with regard to any roofing or guttering problems they may have.
For either Brian or Ross a customer is not just a way to make fast money, A customer is some one of whom they can help.
Being a local lad with no prospects many years ago i would like to personally say thank you to Brian Dawkins for showing me the right ways in life with regard to how a true Business owner should operate.
There are Many cheaper companies who will promise the world with regard to a job being completed but there are sadly very few who will deliver. BRD will deliver regardless of how large or small the contract.
I personally know this as he was my boss for many years & right first time is Brian's only polacy!!!

These guys removed all moss from my roof and cleaned all gutters. Also replaced some damaged tiles. Roof now looks great.
Excellent job, friendly guys, and would not hesitate to use them again.

What do you love most about your job?
we love the having the ability to put peoples minds at ease when it comes to solving leak issues with their property or even providing advice on what we feel is the most suited style to their building.
we love having that birds eye view over places most dont get to see, but most of all we love knowing that when we leave a job we have done the best job possible, and our clients will have no further concerns about what we we hired for.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working for two larger established firms for 30+ years and being made redundant twice, we felt the time was right to start our own business so as we could provide a more personal service in an industry where people are just seen as numbers.
Why should our clients choose you?
if your clients want a family orientated, personal service, where we take the time to investigate and fix the problems and provide a permanent solution. whilst giving an honest point of view to what would be best for their property.
