Turned up on time and did what they had too but Kevin just wants to get the job done as quick as possible and not stick to the process around laying the resin properly as when it is getting laid and it comes into contact with rain then it is ruined! Do your research. Sure enough it started raining while he was doing mine and I asked the question to be told it will be fine it’s only drizzle….sure enough the next day my driveway was all patchy. I raised the issue to be told he will sort it and not to worry. He did come back and do something but the problem remains. After nearly a full year now, still no guarantee after asking about 5 times for this and a number of messages back & forth I am told “you can hardly see it” followed by countless excuses as to when he’s coming. To add to this the render is coming away from the front of my property which they done but just like my driveway “ he is “going to sort” like I say nearly a year of waiting and now have gave up. No issues with initial communication and work carried out, but unfortunately there is absolutely no after sales service from this company following the deterioration of our driveway last year.

I decided-that I couldn't manage my front garden and decided that I would get it all block paved. When I was looking on the internet for different designs I notice brandnewwalls and drives and loved the look of the resin drive. So decided to get some quotes etc. Checked both block paving and resin drive but I have block paving out the back and find it a real pain to try and keep the weeds out. I spoke to brandnewwalls and they said with their product you don't get weeds growing through. This was a definite plus for me. So from beginning when I asked for a quote a lovely lady called Maureen came round and measured up and give me a price which I thought was very fare, there was no hard sell she just said let me know if you want us to go ahead. They came on time and kept me uptodate every step of the way I could not have asked for more. They work to a very high standard the quality is fabulous. They even cleaned everything up afterwards. After seeing the company working locally we were impressed with their work so we decided to have them around to give us a quote for a new resin driveway, we had block paving but it was sunk in places with loose blocks. The quotation was very competitive so we agreed to go ahead straight away. From Maureen coming to do the initial quote to Kevin & the lads completing the job they have been great.
