What information do you need from a client before you start work?

We need a clear brief and understanding of what marketing support the customer is looking for and the budget they would like us to work with. We can provide a briefing document to help with this process and we're always happy to chat things through over the phone. Getting the brief right ensures we deliver exactly what the client needs, at a price they can afford.

What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?

We provide design, copywriting and printing for all types of general business printing. This ranges from business cards and stationery to roller banners, leaflets and bespoke corporate brochures.

What do you love most about your job?

We love working with our clients to improve their brand identity and create a consistent and professional image that really "speaks" to potential customers. Professional design and sparkling copy allows small businesses to punch above their weight and we love helping our clients to win new business.
As a small business ourselves, we take a very personal approach and our clients tell us it's like having an extra member of the team, without the overheads and that makes us feel great!

What inspired you to start your own business?

Having worked in marketing for large organisations for several years, we knew we could use our skills to make a real difference to small and medium sized business with 10 or more employees. Establishing Brandabble has given us the freedom to be more creative and build close working relationships with our clients. We know it's not the size of the budget that matters, just what you do with it and delivering cost-effective marketing solutions to hard-working small businesses is extremely rewarding.

We have 35 years' combined experience in marketing, design and communications and we understand the pressures faced by small businesses. We offer the skills and experience of a senior marketing and design team - without the overheads. We're just as happy providing one-off services like mobile-friendly websites and business stationery as ongoing marketing services through a cost-effective monthly fee. We like to think we're friendly and approachable and we really take the time to understand our clients' businesses and their marketing priorities. We'll treat your budget like it's our own and make sure every penny is well-spent and delivering results.
