All Brand4Market websites start with the end-user in mind... what the user hopes to learn or achieve, coupled with the differentiators that best define your company. Every company is different, and each brand is evaluated to determine what attributes are the definining characteristics relevant to design, imagery, tone, and functionality.

Operational obstacles are taken into consideration (i.e.: a live chat only works if there is a person to field the questions). Sites are written and designed for page speed load efficiency, baseline SEO in copy and backend configuration, automated site backups, and security against hacking. All sites are configured with Google Analytics. With ecommerce solutions, we look for opportunities to upsell and cross-sell based on user selections and behaviors. Email messaging on forms and ecommerce responses are evaluated from a customer's perspective. A blog and social media network are recommended to enhance organic digital reach.

Brand4Market starts an engagement with any client by understanding the business and marketing plan as well as the audiences. We ask what media commitments currently exist, what the message is, and what results are from via existing channels.

Before getting started, we'll spend about an hour on the phone to define the parameters of the company and the goals of the project. A formal estimate will be created for budget and timeline approval. We'll identify any potential project requirements or obstacles, and make sure mechanisms exist to best capitalize on the marketing investment and measurement of success.

I love helping business owners extend their brand reach and grow their businesses. I love making their businesses appear bigger on and offline so that they become a recognized force in their target arena. And, I love being able to make marketing easy for them - so they can stop managing freelancers and agencies and focus on their business. Too many times I meet owners who have been sucked into the busy world of project or agency management, in constant meetings that cost way too much and produce little results. My approach is based on standard marketing - X% of revenue; X% response rate; X% close rate. By setting a baseline we can evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust the marketing continuum over time.

For decades I owned a full-service agency of 20 designer and programmers. After an extended marketing consulting engagement, I decided that I wanted to provide personalized marketing and design for a select handful of clients. I'm not focused on growing my own business - I'm dedicated to growing yours!

At any given time, I have only between 6-10 clients, depending on their volume. I use trusted freelance help on a limited basis, and provide accuracy in timelines, costs, and deliverables. You'll always reach me when you call. I will clarify questions via call, email, or text as needed. I take pride in being thorough and accurate in order to minimize the rounds of corrections/revisions. If something doesn't sound right, I research it and ask questions. In many cases, I manage the schedule for clients' year-round initiatives, and work with them to develop a sound business and marketing plan. My relationship with clients is about caring for their businesses and their success.
