What do you love most about your job?
Being able to help others remain in their own home and remain as independent as possible,. Whilst knowing that they are safe and well and able to make as much decisions about their life as they are able.
The look of satisfaction when they have achieved something, knowing that I have assisted with this.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To be able to be more person-centred to the individual's needs and wishes which can be lost in big companies. Our company wants to be known for its quality of care rather than quantity of people we support.
