The Women's self-defence class is great. I was put at ease straight away, Tracy was very welcoming and friendly. The three hour session is full of helpful points, great advice and practical self-defence techniques, all of which are very useful to have.
It is also a real confidence boost.

Tracy is one inspirational and street savvy lady! The self-defense class was brilliantly delivered and incredibly useful, whether we ever need to use any of those skills or not, she installed a huge amount of confidence in everyone in the room.

This may sound over the top and a bit crazy but Tracy's classes are the highlight of my week!
I've always struggled with sticking to a routine and stay motivated to keep going to classes when I'm not well or had an injury.
But there is something about her classes which make you really want to go and actually really enjoy it. You don't need to be super fit or super skinny to attend. I've met some really wonderful people and the bonus is that I'm now strong, getting over my injuries and a little obsessed with how good I feel. Thank's Tracy.

I attended the Women's Self Defence workshop on Sunday and I really enjoyed it. Although it was three hours long, it certainly didn't feel like it. There was a lot of information, but it was all very well presented to us and explained with plenty of examples. The workshop was really welcoming and everyone very friendly. Sometimes attending group sessions can be a little scary not knowing what to expect, but as soon as I walked through the door, all those uneasy feelings have disappeared. I've done classes in many cities and countries but Tracy is by far the best coach I've ever had. The classes and PT sessions are challenging but always varied and fun, backed up by science, and made easier with a wicked sense of humour and great classmates. Scores 100%. Simple as that!
