Great experience on 28th October (owner packed and removals to renter). The boys even turned up early. They worked quickly and efficiently and everything ended up in the right place. Then on 30th October another team arrived to pack and remove to storage. Initially the two man team were surprised at what was to be packed and after a call to the office explaining my concern, additional team members were quickly sent to help. From start to finish on our moving day (11/10/19) Britannia Bradshaw were excellent. Our Packer/movers (Andy Lake, Julian & Lucas) were extremely efficient and courteous. All our boxes and furniture were placed exactly were we wanted them, they even showed us how to work our Hive heating system. On what was quite a challenging day weather-wise with more rain in one morning than the entire month thus far, the three amazing lads that turned up to move us to our new home in Timperley were absolute stars throughout. The company stored our house materials for many years and then delivered across UK counties and across countries. The administration was cheerful, friendly, and efficient. When it came time to deliver, the team was so efficient, calm and helpful. The customer techniques of the team should win a prize (thanks especially Emma A in the office, and delivery guys Mike P and Mark R for being so cool). The team were great - we went for a full pack service (crazed household of small children) and so pleased we did. It all went perfectly to plan, the team turned up and cracked through the pack and load with zero need for help or direction (frankly i was more in the way than of any use). From when I first called until the moving team left my new home on the moving day, Britannia Bradshaw have been brilliant. I was given less than a fortnights notice of a house move, but from the first call I knew they could take the job on.Piers cam round the next day to do a formal quote and discuss my requirements - his quote landed in my inbox less than two hours later allowing me to make an informed decision as to the value and service offered.I opted for the full pack, wrap and move service which was an absolute godsend - with the short notice I was given I couldn't get much time off work, so not having to worry about sourcing packing materials or creating a plan for packing items made my life so much easier. On the day, the team turned up and got stuck right in - anything that was breakable or at risk of spilling/leaking was wrapped, with larger fragile items getting special attention. My previous home was cleared in around three hours - all the more impressive considering it was a second floor apartment. Watching the team get my large Ikea shelving units down the stairs was worth the price paid!On arrival at my new home, everything was put in the right room and larger items were unwrapped and re-assembled, leaving me with only small items to unpack and locate in their new places. Whilst this left me with a lot of packaging, the company will collect it saving me a trip to the recycling centre.All in all, an absolutely first class service - Andy, Mark and Brandon on the moving team were totally professional throughout, with nothing being too much trouble. We used Britannia Bradshaw to move us from Manchester to Atlanta GA. From the start of the process they were helpful, professional and I couldn't ask for more. We got help and support form Keeley with small amount of documentation we had to do, they take care of the rest. On Packing day Paul and Tom where fantastic, very considerate, professional and double checked everything. Loading day they were joined by Martin and that's was just as smooth as well, and they even sorted the container driver out when he had an issue. Just wanted to say how great these lads were helping us move house a few days ago. Due to extenuating circumstances (our stuff had to go into storage as opposed to a house move and they even helped me take some heavy stuff into temporary storage) our move changed very last minute and the guys (Brian, Dave L, Andy L, Asher and Steve Mc) were such an amazing help. My parents recently used Britannia Bradshaw to assist with their house move. Although the days leading up to the move were stressful for them, as soon as Ryan and Mike from Britannia Bradshaw arrived my Dad said all his stress was lifted. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very friendly with a great sense of humour. My parents have lived in their previous house for 40 years, so you can imagine the amount of stuff there was to move. Ryan and Mike took it all in their stride, and were very careful and respectful of my parents belongings. A few hours in, some of their colleagues arrived and assisted with the final items that had to be packaged and moved. As they were waiting on completion for another house move they had come to help with ours. Once my parents received their new keys all 5 removal men came to the new property to help with unloading, until the 3 who had turned up later in the morning were called back to their original move job. This was a great help as it meant by parents were moved in much more quickly than expected. Overall a great experience, and although I doubt my parents will be moving again any time soon, we wouldn't hesitate in recommending Britannia Bradshaw to anyone wanting to move house, and I would definitely use them if I decide to move house in the future. Martin and Simon turned up early and had good suggestions to make the packing and unpacking as smooth as possible. We even spent most of the first day away from the house while they worked. They were able to travel from Manchester to Cardiff and do most of the unpacking on the second day, meaning they just had to assemble and move a few things on the morning of the third day, finishing earlier than expected. We recently moved from Manchester to Whitley Bay in Tyne & Wear. We honestly cannot speak highly enough of the Manchester branch - they were outstanding from start to finish. The office staff were brilliant - efficient & responsive & they went out of their way to accommodate us as we had very little flexibility about when they could come out to do a visit/quote. Piers (who did our visit/quote) was friendly but very professional & he came up with a moving plan which fitted our individual situation. We felt the cost of the move was fair. The company kept in touch with us in the lead up to the actual move & on the day itself, we couldn't have wished for better customer care from the lovely Martin & Andy J - they were absolutely brilliant. We lived on a very narrow, long cul-de-sac which made the initial parking & loading of the van a bit tricky, but Andy & Martin took everything in their stride - we felt they had a problem-solving attitude & they were both so positive & helpful throughout both the first & second day of the move. We had lots of very heavy boxes but they were cheerful & went out of their way to make the move a stress-free & positive experience. Sonic, Lucas and Joe helped my mum and dad move house on Mon/Tues. They were absolutely fantastic very efficient and had everything unpacked within 2 hours. Things weren't all smooth running for them as I believe when they arrived Monday to pack up boxes there was difficulty with where to best park the lorry but did this hinder them, no not a chance they got on with it and overcame the problem and all with a smile. We had Lucas and Ashley helping us move on the hottest day of the year so far and they worked tirelessly. We didn't have to lift a finger and it made a very stressful move so much easier. They couldn't have been nicer and everything was placed exactly where we wanted it at our new house.They took great care with all of our belongings which included a kitchen packing service and taking apart and re-erecting our bed. Our move was from a central manchester apartment into store on a pretty hot day. The whole team has been great really professional from the first contact with Emma in the office who provided my quote within an hour of receiving the self quote form with the details of the move, Lynn who helped when I called to collect boxes, tape and wrapping paper through to the team on the day of Andy J, Ryan and Martin. They packed the fragile items in bubble wrap and boxed all the glasses. We were moving into store so the packing of the store containers was like a game of Jenga. We used Britannia Bradshaws Packing and Removals service for my relocation from Lancashire to Nottinghamshire at the end of June. There service from start to finish is outstanding. We were so worried and stressed about it all but these guys just took that all away. The day before the move the guys rolled up right on time in the morning and packed and placed mostly everything in the trailer. The next morning last remaining overnight items got packed and off they went to my new home. The guys are very professional and experienced and treat your home and your belongings like there own. All carpets are covered, furniture and belongs are carefully disassembled/wrapped and boxed and taken out without hitting anything. Also on arrival to my new home all boxes/furniture was placed exactly were we wanted it and again all floorings were protected prior to unloading. Every care was taken throughout the move and once we finally unpacked everything absolutely nothing was broken or damaged. I used Britannia Bradshaw removal service following my house sale and having to move many possessions into their storage. I find the service from start to finish is excellent, the gentlemen who did the initial meeting (sorry forgot his name) was very pleasant and reassuring, the lady from the office Lynne was very helpful when I rang up . Steve and Andy who came on the day of removal were simply great, they came on time, were very positive throughout the morning, even though there was some confusion around what was agreed, to them nothing was any trouble. Today we had Pete and Simon come all the way from Macclesfield to Paignton to move us into our new house! They were both legends, 3 story house and obviously all the big heavy stuff was on the top floor. Not a problem with any of the pieces, and they put everything in the right place.Nothing was too much trouble and we had a good laugh all afternoon.
