Disappointed to see this review. Peter is a valued tenant of Homes in Focus and BR Gas is a very highly rated and competent company that is our preferred gas engineer/ plumbing company. This boiler issue has been particularly difficult to deal with, and, unfortunately, as sometimes happens with complex appliances, it has had to be a trial and error situation.I am disappointed to see that our tenant has left such a negative review of a company that we respect, and that we have instructed. I have personally left them a key to my own house and let them deal with any issue that there has been at my own property. I would ask that Peter Ward's review is looked at with a view that this is a one off case that has been exceptionally difficult. I am more than happy with all the work that BR Gas has done for me and my company for many years and will continue to use them without hesitation. More...
