What makes a great website?
An effective website needs to make a great first impression, then follow that with easy to navigate site that describes the solution your product or service provides and why it is valuable to a visitor. Be sure to include a specific call to action to convert a visitor to a lead or customer. A great website also needs to follow best practices for search optimization and look great on any size screen or device. Finally a great website design should represent your company. A visitor should get the same feeling from your website that they would if they walked in your front door.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Common questions when starting a project depend greatly on the type of project we are doing. To start off we'll typically ask what the you wish to accomplish. Introducing a new product or business? Enhancing an existing product? Getting found online? More effectively engaging customers? Budget and time frame are also important to tailor the marketing plan to the client's needs and budget. Once the basics are covered we prepare a more detailed technical specification, in this phase we may ask about the technology and platforms you are currently using. Do you have any existing branding requirements? Do you have example of work you like? We may also look at your existing materials or physical location to ensure we correctly represent your brand.
What do you love most about your job?
Working with customers and watching them succeed is the best part of the job. Being able to get to know each client, understand their business and help them select the right services to get the job done is the fun part. We get to be creative.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After spending several years as a consultant for large companies, I'm happy to be working with a smaller company. Working closely with a diverse range of clients keeps things fresh and interesting every day.

One of the things that makes us different is we only sell the products or services that each client individually needs. While we do carry a wide ranges of services, each client is at a different place. Not everyone needs the same items to be successful. We can work with small customers on limited budgets to grow their business. We can also work with large customers providing only those services they need to outsource. At the end of the day, our client's success is our success.
