I contacted Colin to discuss the roof issues identified on a structural survey of a potential house purchase. Colin gave me a very honest and unbiased opinion, his advice was helpful and insightful. It was nice of him to offer us free advice on the phone. After being let down by a couple of other contractors I called Bown roofing to arrange for a quotation for a new roof and repair works to a bay window wall. Colin came out the following day to look at the works required and discussed a variety of options for re roofing. He was very helpful and polite and provided a quotation within a few days.During the installation of the new roof the team were professional, polite and even helped moved some of the old rubish I had stored in my back garden. This company did some work on my chimneys and re-pointed the side of my house. The job was done to a high standard, they tidied up after themselves, were friendly and the job started and finished when they said it would! Colin was great he came to look at re-roof and got back to me the next day with a quote, which was the cheapest out of 3. We agreed the price and then 2 weeks later the Job was started . Colin was polite and professional and his work force we brilliant too. The service they give is A1!
