How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I offer a completely FREE no pressure consultation where I will ask you questions regarding fitness, nutrition and anything which I feel may be a factor in achieving your goals. It's also an opportunity for you to ask me any questions should you have any.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Commitment to learning! Learning during exercise sessions, learning the techniques to help you lead a healthier lifestyle (vital!) and actually implementing those techniques. You have to want it to get it :-)
What do you love most about your job?
I am a complete nutritional geek and I love nothing more than helping someone achieve their goals and gaining confidence.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Combination of Passion and determination! Passion for helping others improve and a determination to succeed... succeed at being great at what I am passionate about
Why should our clients choose you?
They should chose the person they feel most comfortable with and the person they feel can help them achieve their goals. This is why I think the face-to-face consultation is so important.

Working with the professional first team players during their pre season. Baseline testing throughout pre season to ensure adaptations were being made prior to the season.
Sports Science Intern
England Touch Rugby Team
From February 2014 to March 2014.
Working alongside the senior Sports Scientist for both male, female and mixed teams. Predominantly focused on testing the players baseline measurements and recording them for training adaptation.

Working in a luxury spa gym with regular members. Assessing and setting them programmes with regular updates.
