Bourne fitness is a great place to train for people of all ages, abilities, shapes and fitness levels. There are a wide variety of classes including martial arts, weights, PTs and nutrition courses and all are run by talented, knowledgeable and professional coaches who are all also very approachable. Egos are left at the door and all the clients and staff are friendly and supportive to everyone who joins no matter what your personal goals are, there is also no pressure to fight if you want to just get fit and have fun! I can't recommend enough as bourne fitness has transformed me from a couch potato into a sports lover and given me confidence in my body I never thought I'd have!!! I just wanted to leave a review on here for Sophie and how she has helped me make a, seemingly easy and yet remarkable, post-baby body transformation. I'm already a gym member so I'd heard about the work that Sophie has done and decided to investigate further and I'm so pleased I did! She was thoroughly professional, supportive and encouraging during our time working together. She's helped me lose 4kg in the first 3 weeks of working to my plan and since then I've maintained with ease. All that's been possible now I've managed a consistent routine with eating, and properly understanding what I should be eating and when. Sounds simple and common sense but there's a lot more science to it than I initially thought! Once I'd broken bad eating habits and formed new ones I successfully lost 3 inches over the course of the 6 weeks we worked together. All liaisons were via email which made it incredibly easy for me since I have a newborn baby! Wednesday evening 8pm-9;30pm Brazilian jiu jitsu. Such an amazing and humbling experience. Like others have said the facilities are top draw. We are very lucky to have a brown belt instructor in Ian Weston who is simply amazing at teaching and has such a depth of knowledge. This class is a life changer for me. I am officially addicted! 3 words - fab u lous! Coming to the end of week 4/12 with Bourne fitness & Thai Boxing and can't recommend them enough. Sophie's nutrition plan is superb, comprehensive and entirely bespoke to my needs. I'm seeing results already. Over 20 years of doing all sorts of exercise and sports I've not found anything I love as much as this , the venue is great ( non threatening) and not a mirror or gym bunny in sight ! ! Highly recommend Cam, only because I’ve not trained yet with anyone else there, he’s encouraging, motivating, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and it’s fun. •PROPER TECHNIQUE & FORM - Watching all the youtube videos in the world and reading all the fitness magazines, does not substitute having me by your side providing you with immediate feedback on form and technique. It is very easy to hurt yourself in the gym.

•MAXIMIZE YOUR WORKOUT, MINIMISE YOUR TIME- in this day and age we find ourselves busier than ever, and it can be hard to fit in a workout. With me you will burn more calories in less time.
I will develop a program that is efficient and fun, with a range of exercises that ensures the best results in the shortest amount of time.

•PERSONALISED PROGRAM- Personal training is just that, PERSONAL! I will develop a program that is specific to you and your goals. If you have an injury - we work around it. If you want to climb a mountain or run an obstacle race – we structure workouts for that. If you want to lose weight, build muscle or get stronger – we make that happen. The program will be specific to you and only you – with exercises and routines you enjoy and look forward to doing. Hate doing burpees – then don’t do them! There are wealth of exercises and routines that will suit your goals and preferences.

• RESULTS- Working with me will allow you to achieve the results that you cannot achieve on your own. Each person’s goals are extremely personal. Whether it be weight loss, injury rehabilitation, or a healthier lifestyle.
