We rented the unicorn combo bounce house for my daughter’s 3rd birthday and she was absolutely in love! All the kids (age 1-12) had a blast! It was the perfect size. The staff who came to set up and pick up were great. They came an hour before the party started to set up and even picked it up 45 minutes after so we had extra time and my daughter was so happy! They also came back in between the party to make sure we had enough gas for the generator. We also were at a local park and they helped pick the best spot for it. Would use them in the future! Great bouncy house for our sons 5th birthday party! They came early to set up for the party and in a timely manner to take everything down at the end. The guys were very nice and definitely quick with everything!! Only thing was that the one I rented based on the picture on the website was not the one that was delivered BUT it was still a nice bouncy house and the kids LOVED it!! So it still worked out great! I highly recommend this company after using them for the first time on Oct 28th for our church Harvest Festival. Their customer service, delivery service and product was amazing on time and eager to help make everything ready for a fun day. I rented a 22 foot slide with the slip and slide attached. It was nice and clean. The guys who came was very nice and explained everything perfectly. The kids and adults loved the slide a lot. They came to deliver the item late but they made up for it at the end and let us use it for longer then we had rented it which made me feel even better and keep the party going even longer. When they came to get it the guys let the kids play a little longer before they cleaned and packed it up.
