Hired out a bouncy castle, jungle juggler and softplay today for my 4 year old daughters party. Taz arrived and started setting up bang on the time agreed. Everything looked great and really made the party, the kids loved it. After the party Taz arrived to pack everything down and was great with the kids, had loads of time to engage with them. Amazing company! Seen these guys at my sons years 6 leavers party on Friday where they had set up a battle royale party and they were fantastic, the kids had a brilliant time they even had the teachers join in. They were very professional, polite and very efficient making sure all the kids who wanted to join in had a turn. They marshalled the game very well making sure that everyone was playing properly. I highly recommend Bounce Brothers very quick getting back to me when i was looking around for a castle. Taz told me everything i needed to know leading up to the day and on the day. Taz and his colleague cleaned and made sure the castle was safe before use. A bonus they even picked up later than we booked as the kids where having so much fun i couldnt get them off. I have been really pleased with the service i have recieved from Bounce Brothers. From my initial query, I was sent photos of castles that would meet my specific requirements, my daughter then chose the one she wanted and the booking process was very easy. My numerous questions were answered very quickly everytime, communication was great. As I booked about 2 weeks before the date of my daughters party, I contacted to confirm a few days prior, and at this point was offered a more specific idea of delivery time which was upheld on the morning of delivery. The delivery and erection was very quickly & professionally executed, we went through the paperwork, and I was given a quick run down of the castle, plugs, blower, etc. 2 other gentlemen from the company collected the castle and they were equally as friendly and professional, chatting with my little one asking her about her party! After loading the van they came in for one last quick check to make sure nothing was forgotten and all the pegs were out of the ground. As well as the service being fantastic, the price was the best i found. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company for your bouncy castle hire. Completely over the mood with the service I received from these guys!!!! Its really hard to find now days! They are so patient with the kids ( I had two very excited boys watching bounce brothers set up ) they had so many questions and they were more than happy to answer them all! I've used many bouncy castle company's and they all seem to be very cut short with their conversations they just turn up set up and go whereas these guys are so friendly!!
