I have been using bounce and ride for the castles for my childrens parties for years and honestly wouldn't use anyone else. Their customer service is second to none, and the communication from them is also great. Drop off's and collections have always been exactly when requested and nothing is too much trouble. Excellent service and great communication, for our daughters 5th birthday party we hired the disco dome and pirate castle, both were fantastic and kept the 30 children entertained for the 2 hours, the midi cars were also a great idea for the smaller children. Had a bouncy castle for our son's birthday this week. John was great.. called the night before just to confirm delivery time. The castle was clean and in excellent condition. Had a brief safety check and instructions and off he went. the kids were all enthralled and had a great time. Collection was just a simple. Fantastic family run company. Will definitely be using them again. I had a different bouncy castle book for my daughters birthday party with a different company, the day before the party they cancelled on me and was no help in arranging something else. I phoned this company and he was so helpful, he couldn't bring it on the day of the party as he was fully booked but he said he would bring the bouncy castle the night before so my little girl wouldn't miss out, at no extra cost. Just wonderful people. All the children had a great time and that wouldn't of happened if it wasn't for this company.
