My husband and I hired Anissa for our smallish, destination wedding in Big Sur (we're living in Nashville now!) Most of my correspondence with Anissa was via email and even through email, her kindness and bright spirit radiated through our messages. I'm honestly sad I didn't get to spend more time with her at our wedding because she brought the party, and it was beyond our drinks! Anissa and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with!!! Drinks were flowing the entire night and everything was ready extremely fast, so guests were not waiting around the bar for a drink. We had Bottles and Ice at our wedding in June as our bartenders! We talked with Anissa before the event many times and she was very responsive and provided great input on what we should order for the wedding. We had 2 of her bartenders at our wedding to help serve 152 guests. They worked hard serving wine and beer but were not as attentive to the non-alcoholic beverages that we provided. Some were left unchilled which was a bummer for those not drinking alcohol. Many people provided great feedback about their service and they did a great job keeping my wine glass full the whole night! The bartenders were the right price and worked hard during the whole event, serving and setting up 2 separate bars. I would recommend them and use them again in the future!

Bottles & Ice does bartending but let me let you in another huge thing. The owner, Anissa Hedges does coordinating also! ! We used them for both for our wedding. I'll start with her first, because let's face it, she is someone you don't want to miss out on. I have already recommended her to so many people. My husband and I really planned the wedding out, but Anissa was all about those little details and told us stuff we didn't even think about. She was so quick to answer any questions I had, met up with us in person with her assistant and she has an energy about her that you know that your wedding day, she will make sure is perfect. Anissa is wonderful at communicating with the vendors as well. We had our bridal party help on the day of and she was very good about giving direction on what needed to be done. She is INCREDIBLE. Bottles & Ice bartending service- you will NOT be disappointed in them either. Anissa gives you a list of what you will need based off how many people. The bartenders were so quick to make everyone happy with their drinks and make them amazing. They always made sure the bride and groom had drinks as well. We had Amy and Mark as our bartenders and they were amazing!! My guest's could not stop ranting and raving about how kind and generous they were which was super important for us at our wedding. Our families are drinkers and people often tend to gather around the bar and it was very important to have a good atmosphere with good vibes, and that's just what we got! I’m fairly certain without Anissa our wedding would not have happened, at least in any way resembling the perfect weekend that it was. We will forever be grateful and feel so lucky to have gotten to work with Anissa. She went above and beyond time and time again whenever an issue arose. She was always happy to meet with us when we were in town, and we always felt so much better afterwards. She took all of the stress off our shoulders and made sure everything went exactly to the plan that we worked with her to come up with. We did not do a very traditional wedding, and many of the wedding planners we talked to had some difficulty with this. Not Anissa. Anissa wanted everything to be the way we wanted it and then made sure that happened. Her team is also amazing, especially Jeff who went way above and beyond during our wedding to help out one of our guests as well. To be honest, after the wedding I felt a little sad because there was an empty space in our lives where Anissa used to be. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Bottles and Ice. We initially worked with Anissa to come up with the concept for our signature cocktails and an estimate of what we needed behind the bar. The week leading up to our wedding, Anissa custom batched a homemade mint simple syrup for us and checked in regularly to ensure our setup went smoothly. Amy and Kelly worked with us on the day of our wedding and were absolutely fantastic. We got hit with some unbelievably hot weather, even for Paso, and they were professionals through and through. Anissa and her team were so helpful and easy to work with. Their expertise helped make our evening a memorable experience. I contacted several bar service providers during my initial search for our son's wedding rehearsal dinner in a remote location. Anissa was the first to respond, and far exceeded the others. Being that this was a destination wedding, and not being from the area, I assumed it would be challenging to coordinate. Not the case with Bottle & Ice! From the moment we met with Anissa, until the last drop of alcohol was poured, we were thrilled with our experience. We employed these guys for our bartending services as well as Anissa for our wedding-day coordinating services, and we couldn't have been happier. First and foremost, the bar service was exceptional. Both of the bartenders were friendly, helpful and professional. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about the bar. And then working with Anissa was a godsend. We met with her a couple times leading up to the wedding and she helped us in so many ways, both in the prep stages, as well as the day of the event. Anissa at Bottles and Ice was a fantastic wedding planner! She was so helpful with suggesting other vendors (she has a lot of connections in the community) and getting me in contact with them. She was super flexible, meeting with us whenever we needed or we could just shoot each other texts/emails regularly; she had a very quick response time. We were able to make changes multiple times, by adding services, adding guests, etc. and she was very accommodating of all of our changes! She is enthusiastic about weddings and genuinely wanted to help make our lives easier and make everything flow well on our wedding day!! Anissa was able to put in extra time at the venue on the day of the wedding because I was stressed about possibly not having a day of contact person on the premises. Literally anything that we didn't think we would have a person to take care of, she readily volunteed to do, like our cake cutting for example! That's was just the wedding planning side, we hired Bottles and Ice for our bar service as well, and the bartenders were knowledgeable, quick, and accommodating. Thank you Anissa for serving at our wedding last weekend! We were thinking, eh, do we really need a bartender? We have already spent so much money, and it's just beer and wine. ..but, our caterer suggested we book Anissa. So, we did, and I am so so glad we did! How dumb of us to think we didn't need her! Anissa added a special touch to our wedding with her bar-tending services. We were referred to her by our caterer and so happy we were. She was warm and friendly from the very first email. After a few conversations, I knew she had a clear understanding of what we were looking for in our drinks. She is not just the typical run of the mill bar-tending service. She really customizes your experience and helps you select options that work best for you and your event. I was very impressed with this and it made it a very creative and personal experience. She worked with us to create fresh syrups for our drinks. I had a lot of fun working on custom cocktails with her. The only thing that needed some fine tuning was the shopping list she provided. It was overestimated, but I would rather have more than too little so not a huge deal. It was leftover cases of unused soda, cases of beer, bags of unused garnishes, half of an unused keg wasted (very sad) and several handles of costco sized hard alcohol leftover. I do realize that maybe our guests just let us down and didn’t partake in the lovely drinks as much as they should. It would have been nice to save some money where it wasn’t needed. We do have a very plentiful bar at home now so it worked out! The day of our wedding, Anissa was very attentive. She came up to me several times making sure I had everything I needed. I thought that was a really nice professional touch. I had many guests come to me saying how friendly her and her assistant were. Everyone loved the custom cocktails, they were a hit! The dance floor was full all night. Anissa also provided her own bar, which was really beautiful. That is super helpful since you have to keep track of so much during a wedding. She also helped me by bringing some cocktail straws when I was struggling finding everything. She went above and beyond. Her pricing is very reasonable as well. Overall, Anissa was amazing to work with. My new husband and I were very pleased with her services and happy to have her apart of our big day. She really kept the party going! More...
