I contacted AJ on Friday and even though he had other events to cater we agreed on a time he gave me and still was able to come earlier than the time he gave me. He replied to my text quick. For my wife's and I baby shower we had Tacos Borrachos come down to cater. AJ and Karla were very respectful to us and our guests. Very clean from start to finish when they left it was like they weren't there no mess at all. Their serving sizes were real people servings (mind you I'm about 280lbs) so my guests were definitely fed and we were given the left over food. Honestly what I liked most about this particular cater was that it seemed as if they were also my guest at the party because everybody wanted to talk with them due to Tacos Borrachos friendliness. Used them for my wedding. They talked me through everything and helped me think of appetizers and how to serve. Which was amazing because I planned the wedding on my own! Everyone loved their Diablo salsa which was really spicy but they also had mild and medium. Which is something not many people as for. I loved that they had options for the menu. I can only Yelp how good the Tacos are!I had the chance to enjoy at a company event.ChickenAsadaAl pastor Vegan friendly They had a Taco de papa with (green) poblanas So bomb! Really wish they had a 10 Star review. They are amazing tacos. I hired them in September as a trial run for my sons birthday and they were out of this world. We asked them back this last weekend for our annual halloween party and not one disappointment found. Everyone raved about the food. I used Borracho Tacos for my boy's birthday party and they were amazing. They were there on time, served the food on time and took care of their own set up and clean up. They were very professional. Also, they were very helpful when it came to working with my parks and recreation department to make sure all the paperwork was in order. And of course the food was delicious. This review is for Borracho's catering service.My sister had previously had Borracho Tacos at a work function and when she heard I was looking for a taco man for my baby shower, she insisted I use them. So I did indeed hire them to cater my event back in May.All of the booking was done through email and they were great with communication...prompt and professional. I booked them for the 100 persons package, choosing carne asada, chicken and al pastor for the 3 meats. I added bacon wrapped hot dogs to my package, along with 5 gallons each of the horchata and cucumber limonada. Everyone loved the food and drinks.It was hectic entertaining 100+ guests while trying to get around with my big belly and therefore I didn't catch their names, but there were 2 people that came to make the tacos. They arrived a little late due to traffic coming down to south OC and they kept apologizing profusely. I totally understood and since I had prepared other munchies, it wasn't a huge issue. It was extremely hot that particular day and unfortunately the outside area where they needed to do the cooking, the sun was really beating down. But even so, the 2 staff worked feverishly to get the food out fast.If I do something big for my daughter's 1st birthday and plan on having a taco man, I'd definitely hire Borracho Tacos again. This is a long overdue review, as Borrachos catered my son's birthday party in June. Â They were so professional and easy to work with from the time of booking to the event day. Â All the office staff, Alex, Delia and Ana, were great! Â They were prompt with responding to calls and emails, and super accommodating. Â Andy singlehandedly cooked and served our 50 guests in scorching 3-digit heat! Â He maintained a professional attitude and terrific customer service in spite of being the sole server and dripping wet in sweat.
