Andrew designed a new site for me & Boarder Webworks host it for me. I am in Ireland and he in Scotland so distance wasn't a barrier. Any emails I send are answered quickly & any issues resolved almost instantly. There have been times I sent an email after hours not expecting a reply till after 9am the following day & yet my issue could be resolved that night.I've had an online presence for almost 10 years now and I needed a change. My hosting company would reply with a ticket & they would decide how important my issue was. They would determine how long I had to wait before a real technician would help with my problem. They left me two weeks without a working site. This is one of the biggest hosting companies in the world! I'm delighted with my new site. The look & feel of it are great but to be honest the most important thing is, if I do have an issue it will be resolved quickly. This is worth it's weight in gold to me. Every minute or hour my site is not preforming is money lost to me. Even if you never have an issue, the peace of mind knowing that if you do it will be sorted quickly is pricelessI can't recommend Border Webworks highly enough.
