Yesterday I rang Bootle Glass to get a quote. The lady was very friendly and arranged my measurements to be done the next day. I was given an approximate quote, over the phone, which was very reasonable for the job. Today a fitter came in the morning, did my measurements. I got a phone call to confirm the price and the job was completed on the same day! It was an extremely fast service by a very friendly fitter. I have nothing but good things to say. 100% recommend! Bootle Glass carried out some work at our home this week (6 March 2017) and we cannot praise them enough. Contractors arrived on time, completed the work to a high standard and cleaned up after ! Really pleased we used Bootle Glass. After months of research and lots of exploration we went with them due to their experience, approach and quote price. We had all our windows replaced, including two lead light windows that were restored and fitted into double glazed units (13 windows in total so it took 2 weeks).Martin who created the quote was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. Paul, Bobby and the team that came to fit the windows were very experienced. They paid great attention to detail and did a more than excellent job. They were a pleasure to have in our home and were tidy, respectful and really friendly.
