How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
i start off by getting to know you, what your current abilities are then building on those in a manner which is achievable albeit challenging.
We also use direct feedback from you during your session, this enables a true (in addition to perceived) measurement of effort, which helps encourage you to greater body and fitness confidence.
Your journey starts with a fitness consultation which includes a nutritional breakdown, then we perform a range of physical assessments and use this process along with your personal objectives to develop a plan which is unique to you , based on what your body is proven to be capable of..
We periodically repeat the assessments to fine tune the approach taken, this results in you attaining much more and in far less time, as you're now training smarter instead of harder ..
This saves you a pile of money in the long run , and better still, you can repeat all the lessons you learn long after you're done with me :)

Perseverance and doing stuff you enjoy, eating what you enjoy and being happy - its amazing how motivational being happy is...
