I had the ribs with Mac and cheese. The ribs were cooked to temp. and were at the right texture. Nice light smoky flavor then served with bbq sause. Mac and cheese was good too. Such a great use of BBQ! So many BBQ places stick to the typical by the pound or sandwich offerings. The menu here is far more creative! While not cheap, the food here was out of this world. we tried the BBQ Beercheese Poutine and it had a TON of pork on it. My wife tried the Asgardian tacos and enjoyed . This place is so delicious. We stopped through on our way back from the dunes. It's right off the highway. The food came out FAST! Jalepeños are hot and the pulled pork is tender. There's even a decent vegan option (chickpea bbq), which is pretty considerate, being a bbq place and all. You get so much food for the price and the staff was super accommodating and friendly. Stopped here to grab a quick bite with the family for lunch on a trip back from "up north". Very glad we passed up options in Ludington and Pentwater to go here. Everyone loved their food, even the kids, and the service was super fast and easy. We will definitely return because there was about a dozen more things on the menu we want to try!!! Yum! I’ve had the pleasure of trying their food truck and loved it. Today we ordered from the brick and mortar inWhitehall. Again, stellar food! Moist meats, creamy cheesy macaroni, and amazing homemade sauces! Any of the poutines or the bones end sundae are solid appetizer choices (they often carry these on the truck too). As for sandwiches: I’d imagine you can’t go wrong with any but our favorites were the Zippy and the True Grit.My only complaint is they don’t have a permanent downtown Muskegon location!
