Bon Appetit were the caterers for my husband and I's Wedding Day at Cleatham Hall on the 7th July 2018. We booked them over a year ago and from the first meeting right up until the day itself they have been absolutely brilliant!
Julie was fantastic making my husband and I's favourite meals into wedding breakfast meals. We had 2 choices - Steak Pie and Fish Pie. However with my Mum allergic to shellfish, it wasn't even an issue when I asked if they could make sure the fish in her Fish Pie hadn't been into contact with Shellfish (You made my Mum very happy as Fish Pie is her favourite!).
Colleen was brilliant texting me later on at night when I had a few 'Bridezilla' moments on the lead up to the wedding.
And then on the day Heidi was fantastic! She came and introduced herself early on and explained she was there if we needed anything. The team were great with seeing to my elderly Grandma and my husbands Nanna at their tables.
The food was absolutely brilliant, we've had so many compliments on it and it really was tasty!
We will no doubt highly recommend Bon Appetit to our friends and family!

Harriot and I would like to say a huge thankyou for the fabulous food, wine & service we received on our wedding day, it was all second to none. We've both had amazing feedback from all of our guests who were equally impressed with everything, i think the star of the show was the daube of beef which as promised just fell apart! Alex and I just wanted to say a huge Thankyou for all your hard work at our wedding on 15th July. There are no words that justify the incredible service we received, the professionalism of everyone at Bon Appetit and the stunning quality of every bit of food we ate! You all went above and beyond, not just on the day itself but throughout the whole planning process leading up to it, with the tasting session and quick replies to constant emails from myself, and we cannot Thankyou enough. How you produce food of that quality on such a large scale we will never understand and so many of our guests made compliments to 'the best wedding food they'd ever had!' We hired Bon Appetit for our wedding catering at Elsham Hall this July. The food and service we received exceeded our expectations. Many of our guests commented that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. We cannot thank them enough. They were wonderful to work with, always answering any questions and ensuring that our day was perfect. The food was amazing and the portion sizes were more than generous. Nobody went home hungry! Thankyou so much to everyone at Bon Apetit for making our wedding day so special!
The service you provided beforehand was superb. Always there to answer our questions to make sure everything ran smoothly!
Then when it came to the big day you were all fantastic! The canapés were delicious, not that I had chance to try any as i was doing photos but to my delight they had left some aside for us to try before our wedding breakfast.
The wedding breakfast was absolutely delicious! All the guests commented on how nice the food was and couldn't believe that they had catered for so many people in a catering tent and for it to taste so good. The beef was to die for. Was as if we were in a fine restaurant!
When it came to the evening food(gourmet burgers/chips) again we didn't get chance to try them but again like the canapés they had put some aside for us. It's little touches like this which really made the difference!

Thankyou so much to all of the staff for being a big part of our special day.

Thank you to Julie and her staff and all the other girls who weren’t at work but helped make our wedding better than perfect. Bon appetit catered for us on our wedding day at cleatham hall on the 9th of June. The food was absolutely amazing and we had so many comments on how beautiful it was especially the scotch egg! ! Heidi and the catering team were superb on the day and made sure the service was efficient and attentive to all our guests. Bon appetit were the caterers for our wedding at cleatham Hall on the 18th May. They did such an amazing job from the start. The food was lovely and so tasty, our guests thoroughly enjoyed it, particularly raving about the beef!

It was made so personal with canapé boards for our GF & Vegan guests, we definitely didn't expect that. A lovely touch to make sure no one was left out and everybody catered for.

All our guests were served the correct food and the waiter/waitressing staff were so quick, efficient and slick with their delivery of the food.

Coleen and Julie were fantastic and we were given the opportunity to attend Julie's House for a tasting which turned out to be a full 3 course meal!

Heidi was so attentive on the day introducing herself to us and making sure we had everything we needed as the bride and groom

As an esteemed guest at Daniel and the amazing Tracey's wedding, I can only reiterate Dan's comments. I'm affectionately known as a picky eater (most say salad dodger) and have worked in 4 star hotels for many years, I can honestly say I thought the food was first class and catered for all pallets. Can I just start by saying the 1* review came from my wedding. This was in my opinion wholly unfair from a very rude individual which I won't go into further. My review and the one that counts is this...Bon Appetit catered for us on our Wedding Day 30/6/18. The food was exceptional. The guests were all coming up to us saying how fantastic it was and more importantly had their fill. So many times at events such as this there just isn't enough. Not the case with Bon Appetit. They even plated some up for the photographer and bar staff which was above and beyond. Julie (front of house) was so nice and even came to find us before leaving to wish us all the best. She couldn't have been nicer.
The buffet also was spectacular and so different from the norm.
We have no hesitation in recommending the Bon Appetit team. They destressed everything, contacted personally before the wedding all guests with personal requirements ( really nice touch) and served excellent food. From start to finish they were a pleasure to deal with and we wish them every success in the future.
