How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We really want to pay attention to our client's thoughts on their choice of food. We actually like a to plan around our client wants and needs, what certain spices and taste or perhaps what they are expecting but we want everyone of our clients to have a great experience. We take notes on everything from salt and spice levels so we know what adjustments should be made before the big day.
