Worst experience ive ever had. Booked a handcuffing course for 29th. They messaged me after i booked my train ticket that the course date was wrong and it was on a Saturday which i couldnt make. They offered a refund so i called to ask about alternative dates they said they were busy and would call back later however began ignoring my calls. I began calling the main office. They would tell me id get a call back which i never got. So id repeatedly call them throughout the wee to get a solution and they would either hang up or tell me they are putting me through to another office then hang up. I eventually got a call yesterday saying they will refund me but it will take a week. so im still £40 down possibly £140 if they dont refund me. More...

I have recently completed my Door Supervision course with Bolton Security after having a bad experience elsewhere. From the moment I stepped into the building, initially for advice I was met by staff that dealt with me in a very friendly and professional manner. My tutor Julie and her partner Phil were lovely and friendly and made sure we understood everything clearly. We were made to feel at home throughout by all the staff there. I would recommend this company for any training, nothing is too much trouble. I found out that it's not always best to find the cheapest provider but to do some research and look into reviews etc first, it was worth every extra penny to attend here. More...

I've just completed the cctv course here at Bolton security ltd . Julie and Phil are brilliant, knowledgeable trainers who are also very helpful and smashing people. I would recommend their courses to anyone interested. It is well worth travelling for too as other companies in south Manchester either didn't return calls or if they did they weren't that interested in supporting me when trying to sort out dates that would fit around work. I have really enjoyed the course and I am now in the process of completing further training with them. More...

Just finished my SIA door supervisor course yesterday. I had a great few days and really enjoyed my time there. Julie and Phil were brilliant and very easy to get on with.
Relaxed atmosphere and I learnt a lot.
Made some really good friends as well. Would definitely recommend.

Just finished my SIA Door Supervisor course and I can only praise the whole team. Julie Phil and Zoe fantastic staff from entering and leaving the course very proffessional.
It met all my expectations and beyond, great communication and learning skills a fantastic experience from start to finish with plenty of laughs inbetween. I was very apprehensive on the first day but very soon into the course my confidence grew. I would highly recommend Bolton Security you would be daft to go elsewhere.

What a place to go and learn. The staff are really friendly I would recommend this place to any one that wants to go and sit there exams in all aspects of security. You will feel welcomed straight away not like a normal place where snobby people are who have nothing better to do than put there nose up at you ! These people actually listen to what you have to say and feel about things down to earth and you will not find any better people than Julie,Phil and Zoe thank you for everything and you get a good few brews made for you appreciated top team !!!!!
