Q&As

Step 1: The Design Brief
We discuss the project at length with the client. Understanding the company’s goals is critical. We gather as much information from the client as possible.
Step 2: Research
We ask relevant, strategic questions.
In addition to speaking directly with the client, we do some cursory market research on the company and its competitors. A client’s opinion of their own company only tells half the story; any good designer should also look them up (online and offline) to get a sense of the target customer’s vision of the company.
Step 3: Brainstorming and Conceptualization
Identifying keywords related to the company and its product or service is a common practice at this point in the creative process. These words will be used to inspire possible visual representations of the company. Proceed by conceptualizing the themes and text established earlier during the brainstorming phase. Sketching these ideas on paper is an essential step that encourages us to slow down and examine all possible angles and directions.
Step 4: Draft Production
Once sufficient time has been spent on research and sketching, the draft production process begins. Digital implementation is usually executed using Adobe Creative Suite. At this point, the most successful ideas developed during the sketching phase will be recreated on the computer.
Step 5: Step Back
This break acts as a time of reflection, giving us a chance to return to the project with a fresh perspective. This may also be a good opportunity to gather feedback from unbiased outside parties.
Step 6: Client Feedback
Now that a number of designed options have been created, the most effective choices are presented to the client for consideration. Often there are many rounds of revisions before the client is satisfied with the final product.
Step 7: Delivery

It is important to learn where the client will use a designed item, on what scale and in what capacity. It is also important for us to learn whether the company has already established a visual aesthetic. If there is an existing color scheme or style established, it is crucial to find out whether the client would like to incorporate those characteristics into the design. In some circumstances, a new design might be a chance to start fresh and create a brand new visual identity, whereas in other circumstances it might be important to the client that some sort of consistency is maintained.

I became a Graphic Designer because I Love Art, I enjoy the infinite ways of using design to express or convey an idea. I have come to appreciate my job as one of the best, for always offering learning opportunities. I learn every single day, I've come to realize that everything we do is experiential, from a web page to signage and videos to brochures. Everything we create needs to take the end user's experience into account. I think being a designer has increased my thirst for learning. The more I know, the more I want to know and the better my solutions. Bruce Mau said: "It's not about the world of design, it's about the design of the world" I am a contributor to the evolution of the world. We all are.

Knowing that I can help other businesses grow and succeed, providing the business owner and their people the life they are seeking- which gives me the life I am seeking. It is a win-win.
