I am very impressed with this florist! I called yesterday inquiring about Rainbow Roses and even though she  didn't have them in the shop she promised me Rainbow Roses. She went above and beyond to meet my needs and completely out of her way to find them and I am so grateful! Wow this place is awesome. Marianna picked up my call and delivered same day. I don't know much about flowers so I asked her to make something pretty for $50. What came was GORGEOUS. Shocked by how beautiful the arrangement was for $50. On top of a fast delivery and beautiful arrangement, Marianna had to deal with some tricky security issues at my office. She came on Friday and waited 30 mins at the gate, they didn't let her in. She came back on Monday and redelivered. Really appreciated her patience and willingness to come again. After checking out the website online I came to Boite De Fleurs to order flowers for Mother's Day and let me just say, I'm more than happy with my experience! The customer service is exceptional and I felt as though my requests were really heard. The designs of the flowers were amazing and my mom loved her flowers. While ordering, they heard my ideas and even incorporated some of her favorite flowers in the arrangement. When I went to pick up the flowers, I ended up wanting another arrangement and they were more than happy to accommodate us on such a short notice. I wanted to deliver flowers that same day to a friend there in Burbank and it was already 4:30pm! I saw the beautiful arrangements on their website and knew this is the quality and artistry I wanted to have delivered. I called right away and Marianne answered. She basically said 'no problem' we can do it for you!! I was very pleased and trusted her judgment and creativity to let her do what she wanted for my friend's birthday arrangement. It was meant to be when I told her that my friend loved the color green and Marianne excitedly responded that she just had green roses arrive in their store today! What a Godsend! Amazing work and amazing service! I stumbled upon this shops unique design by accident! I'd like to take credit and say I did on purpose, but being an avid yelper, it was by accident. I'm glad I did though! I needed peonies and after calling a bunch of shops, Boite De Fleurs had it! And they were perfect! I trusted their designers. The flower shop moved to Burbank (only a few miles away), but I love this place and their service so much that I drove over a few extra miles. This place will always be my favorite flower shop. I needed flowers for a friends graduation and I called 15 min in advance and when I got there I received such a beautiful bouquet. The shops workers are so talented and truly care that the customer gets the flowers they wanted. I am always satisfied with my purchases and the presentation/wrapping of the flowers are always spot on.
