Contacted this company to replace a Heat only boiler which was installed on a DIY system.The surveyor came out on the same day and on time, he was professional but i felt pushed into accepting the quote as he said if i don't except he wouldn't come back. I think the price was a little expensive but not excessive,i accepted the quote and to be truthful it was the best decision i have ever made.the boiler was to be replaced the following Monday.Monday came and i received a text saying the engineer was on his way this was at 8:30 but the engineer turned up at 10:45 i was concerned i had made a mistake but i needn't have worried.The engineer name was Harry and he was completely professional from start to finish.he took on what looked like a disaster without a problem.Even though he was late starting he worked tirelessly all day until 20:00 when he finally completed the job and let me tell you he had a lot of work to complete.I would with out doubt recommend this company.Pay the extra and you will not look back.To the manager of Boilers4Essex give this man a bonus because he is an absolute asset to you.Thank you again for the work completed it is second to none. Boiler was not working due to a possible electrical fault, other companies would not help us as its a hydro-therapy pool boiler and on LPG. This company was excellent, Harry the engineer serviced the boiler, cleaned it and fixed the electrical fault. Very knowledgeable and very competent. James in the office was very helpful understanding that we needed help asap otherwise we would had been cancelling clients and urgently needed help. Will definitely keep using this firm. 5 star. Really nice plumber Lee came out and advised I needed a new part but he would come back the following day once it was ordered and fit it - at a time convenient for me so I didn’t need to leave work early! One of James' team came and serviced the boiler, repaired a thermostat link and fitted some radiators. The engineer was polite, professional and did a great job, leaving everything clean and tidy. We had a couple of subsequent issues beyond the scope of the original job and I contacted James for advice. On both occasions he responded very quickly with a range of trouble shooting strategies, guiding me carefully through what to do. Both happened at a weekend. Cannot rate “Boilers For Essex” enough. I moved house in June and I have had Harry and Alfie round to do numerous jobs on several occasions. They are both excellent at what they do, They have worked on my boilers, done a power flush, changed radiators, sorted out my under floor heating, fixed leaking pipes and numerous other little jobs. They are always on time, clean working, friendly and hard working, and never leave until the job in hand is completely finished and they are happy with it. James the “Boss” is always keeping me up to date what is happening. Fits me in very quickly when I need them, always texts an arrival time for Harry and Alfie. Also is always very easy to get hold of, always answers the phone and can’t do enough to help.
