5 stars is probably not enough to rate the service! the boiler service was ace and really transparent but the customer service was so friendly and really nice. Later on I had an issue at home and in my desperate time of need I turned to David to walk me through an issue on my boiler. He really saved the day, video called me and walked me through what I needed to do just before Christmas. I don't know many people who would have done that for me and I can't thank him enough. this is a 5 STAR service and I highly recommend everyone to use it.
