Awesome place, the gym is amazing and it feels great to work out there, Patrick is very friendly and always smiling! Lots of machines and weights for serious weight-lifters and a good amount of cardio machines for the cardio folks, best gym in Havant.

I highly recommend this gym. There is a huge variety of classes to suit everyone's ability and interests and the gym itself is very well equipped. There are always friendly trainers around to give advice and tips. The manager Patrick will bend over backwards to accommodate everyone's needs and makes a real effort to learn the name of each client and what their personal goals are. For the amount of care and attention you receive as a member of this gym, I would expect to pay a lot more for a membership- really great value for money! More...

The best place to keep fit and at the same time you can join another family of new friends. The whole atmosphere is casual yet professional. Nobody to intimidate you around the weights area, as many treadmills and bikes as you would need even on a busy hour and great variety of classes in the studio where the groups are joined by all positive minded people.
