I’ve been to loads of physio over the past 7/8 years with recurring hamstring injuries and everyone of them has given me the general rehab programme and a few rub downs. Wayne made sure to do a full assessment and pinpoint the exact area which was injured. Instead of a general rehab programme, I received specific exercises and stretches to me. I've been attending Wayne for last few weeks and couldn't recommend him more. True professional that knows his stuff inside out.
I have been suffering with a poor rotation in my hips due to old injuries/surgery and practically had no external rotation at all, I was completely seized up. After only few session there is already a massive improvement in my mobility and he has clearly outlined a plan and exercises to improve it further.
A++ give him a try u won't be disappointed.
