My name is Scott Buckner, and I offer in home body weight and dumbell training!
I believe that everybody should be able to move and support their own body weight.
I make programs ranging from the lowest end of beginner to advanced, to tone and lose weight.
Whether you can only do few knee push ups or a hundred in your sleep, I'm your guy.
-Sessions are based entirely on clients goals.
-HIIT, Boot Camp Style, and Self Defense Training.
-Full Programming, workout to do even outside of sessions.
I am very passionate about fitness and take your goals very seriously, but that doesn't mean we can't have a little fun while we're at it!
