I had my first lunchtime workout on tuesday, only 30 min and I had my butt kicked with a fun, high intensity workout that got my heart pumping and pulse racing.
I was stiff until today and therefore know I exercised efficiently and can already feel the results.
This is a beautiful studio in a serene environment and Ilana is an excellent personal trainer and health coach with very reasonable rates.
