Best PT sessions I've ever had! Closed studio so didn't have to worry about anyone else watching me which usually makes me nervous. My aim was to gain weight on my glutes without getting bigger thighs, didn't think this was possible but I gained 2cm on glutes, lost 2cm on my waist (bonus) and my thighs stayed the same - very happy! I could only afford 10 sessions but learnt exercises I've been able to continue doing by myself and it gave me the confidence to work out in the weights section of my normal gym ♀️ More...

Love my weekly training sessions here with David! Really encouraging and friendly throughout the workout and so knowledgable about the healthiest way to get me to my weight loss goal!
Feeling so much better about my body since I started training here 2 months ago and David created a nutrition plan for me to keep me accountable in-between sessions!
They also have really nice shower facilities which is great because then I can head to work straight from my session:)
