"I really enjoyed the 12 week body transformation programme, it was a great challenge and i have seen amazing results with my strength gains and my fitness levels. I have tried many programmes including 'be your own gym', ‘'Insanity', 'i want six pack abs' among others and the 12 week body transformation is right up there with world famous fitness programmes. Francis is extremely knowledgable and knowing he was there checking my progress too really helped me stay focused. It kept pushing me to reach my goals and keep my strength and muscle gain coming thick and fast. There were times when I didn’t feel like going to the gym but knowing I would be letting Francis down as well as myself along with my progress stats was a great motivation, especially when I needed a little help to get to the gym! About halfway through the programme friends and family started to notice my body was changing and that was nice to hear! I had to buy new jeans halfway through as I had lost 2” off my waist.I would highly recommend this programme to any one, no matter what your age or current fitness levels, you will see progress and will be very satisfied when you complete the programme. In three months you will see your progress not only in the mirror but also in all your weight and body measurements tracked on the graphs. I can’t believe how quickly the 12 weeks have gone, the programme really flies past, it has changed the way I view fitness. It is not just about the 12 weeks for me, i now feel I have adopted a new healthy eating habit and cleaner lifestyle. I now cannot wait to get the gym, Francis has changed my whole approach to training along with my mindset. It will be a big challenge, make no mistake, but if you want to change your body there is no substitute for hard work, commitment and dedication. WOW what more could I say about the last 4 weeks spent with Francis, A great trainer very professional at all times, Very knowledgeable about the body and always does a walk though talk though with you so you get every exercise isolating the muscle every time. I would highly recommend Francis at Body Fit Brighton to get the results you want 100%.If being pushed is what your looking for Francis takes you pass that to achieve what you want, I just wished I'd had longer to train .Great guy, Great trainer , Great training.All the best in the future Francis. I must admit, the first time I contacted Francis I was a bit sceptical because I thought here's another trainer who just wants my money but oh boy was I wrong. He is actually a very caring trainer who will answer any of your questions and will help you to achieve all your goals. He's also very positive which helps with training because you will be pushed beyond your limits. When you think you can't do it he will tell you can and you actually do. The diet plan is set out for you and it is easy to follow but it also allows you to use your imagination with flavours and spices. It feels like I'm not on a diet but I have a new lifestyle and my perspective about food has changed. I feel much more energised, healthier and my confidence is slowly growing. The above were my main reasons for contacting Francis because I couldn't do it on my own and I needed help. Francis is a friendly and honest guy; he tells you how it is and he motivates and inspires. He sets personalised goals and the sessions are always well planned and tailored to your needs. He works you hard at all times and ensures that you always feel as if you are making progress. He is passionate about fitness, is knowledgeable and articulate and you feel that you are learning more about your body and how to reach peak fitness with every session. He knows how to praise and reward and the sessions always go quickly. His nickname "the beast" is no reflection on his personality, just on the high intensity that you will experience under his watchful eye. I have been a member of other gyms and had other personal trainers. However, I have made more progress in two months with Body Fit Brighton than I did in seven years with another corporate gym. Join! I discovered BodyFit Brighton about 4 months ago when a friend recommended I got in contact with Francis to try out a personal training session. I was disillusioned with the typical corporate gym experience and was looking for someone who could help me discover a new approach with exercise and realise how far I could really push myself. I was also very self conscious about exercising around others and in public and wanted to address that fear and increase my confidence.Looking back it is amazing to see the extent to which this has all changed thanks to Francis suggesting I go to the BodyFit sessions. The results have been noticeable in a short space of time and more than I could have hoped for. I have benefitted both physically and mentally. Each week I see my body sculpting to a new improved shape with toned arms and shrinking waist which I have never seen before, let alone thought possible. I worry less about focusing simply on weight loss and have discovered a new motivation to get stronger and understand how muscles work.I look forward to the classes so much, that I do everything possible to make sure that other things going on in my life don't get in the way. They really have become a regular part of my weekly routine and would leave a gaping hole otherwise. The classes never follow the same routine and encompass a variety of exercises and approaches - you never know what to expect. More importantly they are fun, full of great people I've been blessed to meet, and you are always greeted by the smile you see in the photo above from a man who oozes positive energy and an ability to cater to and support anyone's level and goals. His encouragement, guidance, motivation and willingness to go that extra mile with each individual is what makes these sessions so special and unique. You aren't just another bod in an exercise class. I'm writing this with aching arms from a hard-core, but super fun, session with Francis yesterday. I've been training with Francis for several months now and I can't recommend him enough. He listens carefully to what you want to achieve and then works out a plan to help you do just that, combining hard work, a wee bit of pleasurable pain in the process and a lot of fun. I've seen myself get a lot stronger thanks to the combination of strength and high-intensity training he employs and I love every minute, even the aching muscles afterwards, which are testament to how my body is changing. He knows when to push you that extra mile and when to let you have a break and really knows his stuff. And I cannot emphasise the fun aspect enough; Francis is always happy, always smiling and his zest for life and genuine passion for what he does is simply infectious. It makes working out a pleasure! Over the last year I have been having personal training sessions with Francis (in conjunction with regular Boxercise Bootcamp classes) and the results I have achieved are way, way beyond what I ever imagined possible. I wasn't overweight as such, but have lost around 7-8 kg in weight and am a totally different shape. Having said that, weight is not really an indication of what I have achieved, it is the way my clothes fit (or rather DON'T fit any more!) due to the fat I have lost (easily a dress/jean size).And most importantly, for me at least, it is great fun working out with Francis, and he pushes me (very safely) to my edge - something I would never, ever do in a gym environment by myself.At the end of a 1-hour session (whether it is a one-to-one or as part of a small group session), however hard I have pushed myself, I feel absolutely amazing. I came across BodyFit Brighton when looking for a new way to keep fit as the gym I went to was closing down. I have been going for a few months now and absolutely LOVE IT! ! The classes are really fun but at the same time you know you are working hard to achieve the results you want. Francis is such a great trainer and pushes you to the limit...while never taking the smile off his face! Everyone who attends the classes are really cool and friendly. Would definitely recommend BodyFit Brighton to anyone wanting to get fit in a fun way! More...

I started training with Francis at the beginning of the year to help elevate my overall fitness in preparation for my first triathlon. His positivity and faith in you is infectious, pretty soon after training with Francis I had more energy and strength and found my running, cycling and swimming training all became so much easier because of the overall fitness boost of personal training with Francis, and in his small group sessions. He is an expert at strength and conditioning training and works you to the maximum and beyond, to help you achieve results you never thought possible and you start to really see what you are capable of.
