I would like to thank Ross from BTA for everything he has done for me. Having been diagnosed with SPS (Small Patellar Syndrome) at 14, I had resided myself to the fact that I would struggle and be in pain with my legs everyday. Doctors could offer me no more than pain killers or incredibly invasive surgery which did not seem like a viable solution for me. When I met Ross he was more than happy to help and see what training could do to help build up the muscles around the joint to help support it.I have gone for having around 3 knee dislocations a day to around 1 every 2 months. For me this is life changing, I now don’t have to worry about simple everyday activities as I did before. Ross has been an amazing trainer that has made the whole process enjoyable and worthwhile. I was part of the Fit For Life 4.0 program and have never regretted that I have joined BTA community! Emily and Ross are true professionals who love their job and give out 200% to their clients! Through out the Ffl 4.0 I have learned how to have healthy relationship with food and enjoy foods I love without dieting and starving while loosing weight. I have achieved an amazing weight loss results in only 8 weeks and I’m not stopping! The main change has happened in my mind. Since finishing the program I’m not even planning to go back to my old lifestyle thanks to Emily, Ross and BTA community! I started my journey with BTA 8 weeks ago on the Fit for Life program and I cannot recommend this enough. The amount of truly amazing support you recieve along with motivation is priceless, everything is set up for you and you gain so much knowledge through weekly live calls that you can apply to everyday life. I was recommended from a friend Sue McGowan who assured me that Ross was an amazing coach. As I needed someone to kick my butt. I am competiting for Great Britain Dragon Boat Championships in Thailand 2019 and needed to continue to train while in the UK. Ross did not disappoint he was attentive, inspirational, motivational and most of all a really nice guy. Unassuming who put me through my paces with respect and determination, we even made some PB's. I would highly recommend him to fellow athletes and anyone who wants to get fit.. we all start somewhere. I also had the pleasure to briefly meet his partner too... who was equally open and friendly. I have been with Emily and Ross since September. I referee at semi pro level and have had a long period out due to injury. As part of my rehab and reintegration back into the game I met with Ross to discuss my rehab plan and reducing my body fat as one of my goals. They are incredibly supportive, friendly and their plans both training and nutrition are easy to follow. My road to recovery has been far from easy but they have been there every step of the way. I have already smashed two of my goals this year and I cannot wait to get underway with the rest! I started with BTA in Feb 2018 and it was the best decision I made. They not only helped me find better health and fitness, but changed my lifestyle and mindset. This not only lead me to compete at Pure Elite Nov 2018 where I won 2nd place figure and took home my pro card, but it gave me the discipline, motivation and fire to be better in all aspects of my life. BTA is like a fitness family, you can always ask questions and will get thorough answers back, Emily and Ross are super friendly and very knowledgeable, I trust them completely with my fitness. I love the people I have met through BTA, can't wait for another year of workouts, coffee dates, nights out and more. I highly recommend BTA if you want to change your fitness and take it to the next level. You will be challenged, motivated and supported. It was only A YEAR ago that I used to be a thin, lanky guy, who had never stepped foot in a gym before. Having said that, I always put 110% in to something when I decide to do it, as trying to smash my own goals is what drives me to succeed. Now, after meeting the BTA team and training hard to compete in my first competition, placing 4th in the Pure Elite World Championship Am Tattooed Muscle Model category, I’m over the moon with the result. I can highly recommend BTA to everyone no matter what is your goal, if you want to lose weight, gain, compete or just get some knowledge about nutrition and workouts. Ross and Emily will help you achieve it!! I done 2 fitness shows and I placed both times !! for me it was an extreme achievement in my life. During my prep I gained incredible lots of knowledge about my workouts, my diet and about myself. I pushed myself over my limits, my body and my mind changed in such a good way. I apologise in advance for the length of this post, but I feel that it is all important and relevant to this recommendation. About this time last year I began a weight loss journey under Ross Cowan's expert supervision. I lost a lot of weight and I felt great about myself........but as the age old story goes, I lost motivation, life got in the way, and my priorities changed.....I stopped going to see Ross and the weight just piled back on. Recently my fiance and I have decided to embark on a weight loss journey together. In the first week of our new programme I have lost 1.7kg and he has lost 2.8kg. I can say with complete openness, honesty and confidence that we would not have achieved this weight loss without the amazing nutritional education I gained from Ross at Body Transformation Academy. The personal training given by Ross is much more than pushing you to your physical limits in a gym environment. It's about education. He gave me some amazing advice and information specific to me and my body type which has helped me come up with an amazing plan to use going forward for myself. Ross thank you for the support you gave to me during my training, and thank you mostly for the education you have given me. I’ve been coached by Em for the past five months or so and she coached me through my first ever bikini competition. When I first reached out to Em my self esteem was rock bottom, I’d been bulking for a few months and put on more fat than I was comfortable with. I was so hesitant to even message her because I felt like doing a competition was way out of my depth- Em reassured me that this wasn’t the case and so we started my prep. I have learned SO much about myself and my body over the past 16 weeks, my mindset has completely changed. I have so much more confidence than I’ve ever had before and I really owe all of this to Em and Ross- they’ve reassured me and kept me going throughout this process and made me feel so comfortable, I knew I could turn to them with any problems I was having and they’d talk me through it. This experience really has changed my life, my outlook on myself and my training- I’m more determined than ever to keep competing and to do even better next time. I am honestly so eternally grateful for everything they’ve done for me, they’ve altered my life in so many aspects and I feel like such a different person to when I met them. Just completed the BTA Bikini Babes 8 week challenge with Emily as my mentor, online coach, and dietician! Brilliant!! Top scores for professionalism, motivation, exercise routines and food planning, and the results speak for themselves- lost 10lb and kept it off and centimetres off everywhere. I started the 8 week bikini challenge as I was doing a lot of cardio for a long time and never really saw any real results. The challenge gave me a great focus mixed up my workouts, cardio HIIT, weights also Emily sorted out my Marco and my food was finally on point great choice never felt I was deprived of anything Emily was on hand and available 24/7 if I needed any questions answered or support I lost over 4kgs and have made huge life changing habits that have not only helped me but my whole family can’t thank Emily enough for support and advice through this challenge no judgements just a lot of positive encouragement best thing I ever did thank you EMILY ���. I started with Emily around four months ago. When I started I was fed up of feeling hungry, building no muscle and seeing no progress in the gym. I was on around 1400 cals a day and had no energy and felt demotivated. I spiralled this way for years. Emily put me at ease immediately and explained thoroughly the reasons I wasn’t making progress and how she believed I needed to up increase my calories dramatically and change my workout regime. Four months on and my body composition has completely changed. I have gained muscles all over and the strength that I have in the gym has almost doubled. I’m currently eating 800 calories more than when I started with Emily yet have just gained 3-4 pounds. However my entire shape has improved and I couldn’t feel happier. It’s the first time in over six years I can honestly say that I am enjoying food and enjoying training and I am eating things I would never have dreamed of. I have been passionate about my health and fitness for two years now. I go to the gym mainly for vanity purposes as I prefer the way my body looks and feels when I train. Up until now, I have taught myself as I like to be in control of things, so for me, this challenge was a lot more than getting my abs back. Obviously, that was a major selling point but for me, it was training my mind to put my trust and faith into someone else. I definitely accomplished that. I am not a confident person but this whole challenge has taught me so much about me as a person and what I’m capable of when I put my mind to something. For 8 weeks I fully meal prepped and completed every gym session set. I didn’t realise how disciplined and how much self-control I had in me. I realised I definitely need to stop underestimating myself! I also took over Emily Instagram which was a massive ordeal for me but with a little nudge, I overcame that fear! Being a newly qualified pt I didn't have the experience of how a programme works but I now feel like my knowledge has been cemented into my brain and Emily has filled in all my missing gaps! The support Emily has given throughout the process cannot be faulted, I couldn’t have chosen a better person to be my first coach and hopefully, this won’t be the last! Finally, I just want to thank Emily as I have never felt so confident and happy with my body, the changes I have made have shocked me. Seeing week one - now makes me thirsty for more hard work to see what else I can do. I can’t believe I have lost around 8 cm in my waist! After a few years of going to the gym on my own and not quite seeing the results I wanted I decided to contact BTA. Ross gave me a few pointers and helped me sort my diet out, we changed a few things at the gym and I meet up with him every week for a chat to keep me on track. I've been working out with BTA for 8 weeks in that time I've lost 2 inches off my waist and put 2 inches on my chest. I'm lifting more I have more energy and feeling great. I couldn't be happier. My only complaint is that I'm gonna have to buy some new shirts!Ross and Emily are awesome, really easy to get along with and they both know their stuff, highly recommended. Thanks guys More...

Having been the same weight and size for years, I gave up smoking 18 months ago and put on a lot of weight. I tried a few things but couldn't seem to motivate myself. I had given up the gym life 9 years ago and the thought of having to go back to training didn't appeal to me at all. I found myself to be in a bit of a stale mate. Then I was introduced to Ross who gave me a free consultation and I became focussed. Clear in what I needed to do - with support from Ross - I became determined to 'sort myself out'. During the initial stages I learned what I should eat. These initial weeks were interrupted by the beast from the east; however, my determination never wavered. I had always eaten good food. Organic where possible. Everything cooked from scratch so adapting meals wasn't too challenging. In the early days I did miss bread, roast potatoes and rice. Soon I was serving a lamb shank on a bed of leeks, tender stem broccoli and wilted spinach. No need for potatoes! I grate organic cauliflower for a rice substitute- great with a beef chilli or fish curry. What has been great is that Ross understands that temptation can get the better of anyone and you don't have to stand in the naughty corner if you happen to succumb to a glass of wine! Next came the exercise. From dreading a return to the gym and my OCD personality that used to take me there twice a day - I can now get the same results in 45 minutes that used to take me 2 hours. Don't get me wrong when Ross is taking me through my paces my language isn't at all ladylike. BUT I love it. I'm now beginning to see a difference in my shape. I still have a long way to go but I'm loving the journey. I can finally begin to believe that I can be slim again but this time as a non smoker too. I can't recommend Ross enough for helping me believe and giving me the tools I need to give myself a kick up the arse, to stop procrasinating and start doing something positive. Thank you, Ross. I've know Ross for just short of 2 years now after doing business together in finding him a property. Ross has trained me for 6 months now and I've seen my confidence grow, my knowledge on my diet and my body shape have completely changed and I know see fitness with a huge amount of enthusiasm and passion to succeed. Of which I would never of been able to do without Ross's help. BTA is a great company that revolutionises the way people should be training to achieve their goals and If you follow them on Facebook you can see that Emily and Ross put 110% into their dream in making people healthy and happy. It's refreshing, fun and beautiful to see. I wish I could rate them 6 stars. But for the time being 5 will do! More...
