Great class! Feeling the benefit. Fun lessons to help you feel like time is going faster. Definitely recommend to any. Ollie will definitely help you if you have any physical issues and help you work around them.

Ollie makes the boot camp classes really engaging, they are fun as well so you come away feeling positive! He knows how to push you during the class too. Worth doing!

Ollie is an amazing trainer gives you motivation to keep going and lots of encouragement when things are feeling tough.. He has also helped me out with my very bad eating habits.. These classes havnt just improved my fittness but also my well being and sleep habits.. The classes contain a lovely group of people and you dont feel judged atall.. Every exercise is self paced but Ollie is there to motivate you to get the best out of yourself.. Love these classes!! More...

Ollie is an extraordinary PT. I'd always been nervous about having personal training as I'd heard horror stories of trainers who push you too hard. Ollie makes it fun and that's something I thought I'd never say. The sense of achievement after a training session or class is fantastic. Ollie varies what you do every time so you never get bored. He adjusts as you go, watching you carefully to see how you are doing that day. He pushes hard but never beyond what you can do. He has a great style and makes training accessible for everyone. I've gone from doing no exercise at all to routinely fitting in two fitness sessions a week and I can feel the benefits. I can't recommend working with him enough. More...

Not only are the classes specific and well arranged the personal training is also at a terrific level. In seven weeks Ollie has helped me run from 57 seconds at once to running a mile without stopping in 28 minutes. On top of this he has helped to regulate my breathing so I rarely need my asthma pump, given me tips to increase my stamina at netball, dietary advice and assistance with my injuries. More...

First session was tough......I ached for days...but obviously using muscles I previously hadn't for a long time.The next time I went I was advised to pace myself and build up my muscles. ....I now have more definition on my arms and legs ..which is cool....very friendly young man and can adapt sessions to suit your needs.....I also laugh lots while having a session with him..does the tummy muscles a lot of good I may add...and makes it fun....worth checking it out x More...

I love the classes that ollie holds.. i go to 2 a week and enjoy the atmosphere. He is always encouraging and motivating. I have never done anything like this due to feeling self conscious but have never felt that way in one of Ollies classes .. i have dropped a jean size in 2 weeks and can feel my fitness levels improving.. i would recommend Ollie as a personal trainer to anyone whether this is in a class or one to one. Amazing personal trainer, I'm constantly going over and above my goals! Fab classes with a great atmosphere every time! This is the most exercise I have ever done and I'm loving it, I'm finding it so easy as I'm enjoying doing the exercise. Q&As

I find that designing a good fitness plan with the client, making sure its tailored to their exercise preference, always helps. This alongside the motivation I can give them hasn't yet steered me wrong. The tips I can give them regarding nutrition and correct technique for training always seem to boost their positive outlook.

Hard work, perseverance, motivation, support and a SMART goal.

Being able to share my passion for exercise with others. Also seeing the positive effect that higher levels of activity has on my clients, a much better outlook on life and more positive mental outlook and physical image/ability.

I was working within a gym environment and decided that I wasn't able to train my clients in a way that I wanted, or suited them best, due to the regulations of the environment within which I was working.

My goal will always be their goal! I will never push someone to do something they are uncomfortable doing or aim for something which they do not want to achieve. Success can only come from us working together!
