Phil is a very reliable, knowledgeable and experienced pt, he runs lots of varied classes and tailors pt to any exercises and goals that you want to achieve. Would highly recommend.

I've been attending Phil's classes at The Box for a while and was lucky enough recently to win a number of 1-2-1 sessions in a prize competition Phil ran. Was my 1st session tonight. Didn't know what to expect as I've never done any classes before. It was really good. I doubt I'll be able to move tomorrow but surely that's a good thing. Thanks a lot.

Phil's knowledge of Calisthenics is up there with the best and you would be hard to find much better. He is very personable and professional and his help and advice is simply first class, whether your new or experienced then Phil is your port of call.

After only 2 sessions I am already seeing an improvement in my flexibility, balance and strength but most noticibly in my confidence. Phil makes the classes really challenging but manages to keep a fun and happy feeling throughout the class. Best workout I've done to date! More...

THE BEST GYM I’VE EVER BEEN TO!!!

Phil is so knowledgable and accommodating to all abilities, plus each exercise never stops progressing. There is always a way to challenge yourself further.

I have been going for a number of months now, and it’s the best decision I have ever made. Calisthenics is the sport for me!!

I COULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE HIGHLY ENOUGH.

Get yourself down there and start enjoying exercise as much as I do now.

Thanks for everything so far Phil, can’t wait to continue on my calisthenics journey!!

Ideal place to learn and build up strength to handle your own body weight. Small groups which enables Phil to be able to correct technique/posture. Been twice so far and enjoyed both sessions + surprised myself on what i can actually do! (Albeit not a a lot haha.......yet). Been going for the past 4 months and enjoy it every time as the variety of exercises are vast and can be slightly changed to make them easier or harder depending on ability. Phil is very knowledgeable showing and helping with the exercises and making sure strict form is kept due to the groups being kept small. More...

Can't reccommend highly enough! Awesome classes that are friendly and catered for any level of fitness - you really don't have to be a superhero to do this - it's from never done any sports or fitness before, to fitness enthusiasts looking to carry on or try a new form of fitness. All exercises are progressive and the difference they make is a marked and visible one! Personally I find it much more beneficial than a regular gym, but ultimately you get out what you put in - and with the encouragement that you're given, and the goals that you set - you'll likely be surprised at just how much that is.
