Christine Boyle was referred to me by my physiotherapist because she had another patient who also had chronic sinus infections and Christine was able to help them when nothing else helped. I’ve been suffering with chronic sinus infections for about a year. I also have TMJ issues and Christine is restoring my hope that I will get relief once and for all. She was amazing when I saw her for the first time yesterday. She was working on my shoulders, neck, head and face and there were so many painful pressure points but I was able to tolerate it and I knew she was treating the necessary areas. She is so knowledgeable and I could really see her genuine passion to help people. She gave me lots of tips about things I could do to alleviate my complex symptoms. I’ve had massages with a number of therapists at Body Poets over the years, but Bronwyn is the only person I make appointments with, she’s amazing and she’s my favourite massage therapist. I’m someone who needs a strong amount of pressure to feel the benefits and she’s consistently been great at helping when my back is in pain, and when I just need a full body relaxing massage. Body Poets is gotta be one of the best places I have ever been massaged. I was visiting Ottawa for a wedding and my feet were killing me from ma 17+ hour flight from Australia and I had Frank at the Helm and he did wonders! !!

I totally recommend this place. Body Poets really put body poetry in motion. If I go back to Canada I will go back there is a heart Beat!!.

Hands down the best massage I've ever received (and I've been to many places!) I can't believe how great I feel after leaving! I've been experiencing headaches and jaw pain from grinding my teeth but the TMJ massage from Genevieve helped immensely. I had never had a TMJ massage before so she took the time to explain and always made sure I was comfortable throughout. The heated table and blankets were awesome too. Price was reasonable as well.

I have only a small suggestion but larger signage would be good because I had a bit of trouble finding the place and confused it with the massage clinic across the street at first! That could just be me though.

Bottom line, I left feeling very relaxed and I'll definitely be back :-) Thank you so much! Very happy to have found this place. More...

Body Poets is AMAZING! The atmosphere as you as you enter is so relaxing and every staff member I've interacted with has been above and beyond friendly. As for the massage, Bronwyn is spectacular! She is so cheerful and friendly, just her sun-shining presence alone is enough to keep be from going to any other MT. But don't let her sweet smile fool you, she can work out the toughest muscle knots like you would not believe. I cannot recommend Bronwyn or Body Poets enough! More...

I recently had a massage with Brianna Verhey and let me tell you, this girl doesn't kid around. I have been getting regular massages for a number of years now. Every time I leave an RMT I am always left feeling that there was not enough pressure, the therapist didn't listen to what I was asking of them, the therapist didn't understand what my needs are and doesn't ask the appropriate questions. This is the first time in my LIFE that I left an appointment with not a single regret! Brianna is attentive, knowledgeable and a true master at her art. If course I rebooked immediately and just put myself on the wait list this morning hoping I can get in to see her again sooner than originally scheduled. I would highly recommend Brianna especially if you have had injuries or do a lot of heavy weight lifting. I have/do both of these things and the results were incredible. More...

Had my first ever "trigger point therapy" session with Christine at Body Poets, it was fantastic (pretty painful actually) but had a great experience there, very welcoming atmosphere! I work in a kitchen, on my feet all day, doing repetitive motions. my back feels like somebody took a bat to a bunch of metal garbage can and then made a staircase out of those garbage cans and then threw me down that staircase. so after months of tolerating my complaining, my wife signed me up for a session at Body Poets. at first I thought Tyler was a little chatty, but soon I realized he was establishing communication to help identify problem zones. he focused on my shoulders and lower back, and when I say focus, I mean he drove his shoulder so far into my side that I felt it in the other room.and it was great. well, actually it was very painful. but Tyler was clear with communication and letting me know when something would hurt and that I could stop or ask for less pressure. when I got off the table, it felt like I had a new back.I highly recommend it to people who are looking for massage therapy to relieve chronic aches and pains. I didn't get a "lie down and have your back rubbed" massage, and though I'm sure they could provide one, that would be a waste of their talent and skills.I'm booking another appointment as soon as I know my work schedule for next month thank you More...
