I've been to a few other gyms once as a trial and never liked the atmosphere. With some hesitation I had a trial lesson at Body Plan Fitness and really enjoyed it, much to my surprise. The trainer I'm with (Sav) is a great motivator, funny, and well informed. I'm being pushed to my limits and enjoying the effect it's having already. If I could afford more than three classes a week I'd take them. The only reservation I have with recommending them is that I don't want competition for my class slots. More...

The Body Plan Fitness team and The Sports Injury Clinic have given me the motivation to exercise regularly, lose weight and understand how to relieve problems with posture, pain and muscles tightness. Classes are never more than 6 and I now push myself harder now than I ever have because I can see the results! I couldn’t recommend them more highly. More...

As a competitive cyclist my muscle distribution tends to get very uneven with my legs being much stronger than the rest of me. Joined Body Plan and 4 weeks in already seeing a huge improvement in my muscle distribution AND my form lifting weights has been dramatically improved as well!! After years of trying different exercise plans & diets I have finally found one that works! The training sessions are no more than 6 in a group so Ben & Mark make sure you are keeping form and keep you motivated. This is combined with a nutritional plan which changes your approach to food & is easy to adapt to everyday life. The difference with other training programmes/gyms is it manages to keep the personal touch and thats what makes the difference, it working so well I have just signed up for my 2nd 12 week plan !! I didn't have a great deal of weight to lose but wanted to tone up and boost my energy levels after having my second child. I am the fittest I have ever been, have toned up and gained muscle definition (strong not skinny is what I aim for!). Three HIIT classes a week with Ben or Mark, I can easily fit around family life, and as well as being challenging, are a great deal of fun too! More...

My sports injury advice, treatment and follow up exercises have got me back to normal and to the gym again. The relaxing back and shoulder massages are the best there are.

I completed the 10 week mobility course and had great fun as well as learning about muscles I didn't know I had and how to 'untangle' them.

I have had a very weak rotator cuff (shoulder) following an accident that required surgery.

Ben (and a couple of sessions with Mat) has helped me get back a lot of the strength in my shoulder and also improved my general fitness at the same time.

Professional training, advice and expertise to help you eat healthily, lose weight and tone up the best way possible - and keep the weight off.
The classes are small so more attention to detail is paid by the fantastic trainers.
Also show great examples for mobilisation to relieve any unnecessary tension from tight and sore muscles.
