I had a voucher for a massage a Body One. When I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment I was greeted with hostility. The man that was working there claimed I was late for my appointment. I write my appointments in my calendar when I make them so I doubt I had the time wrong, but even if I did, I would have preferred to be addressed in a less accusing and confrontational manner.
