Highly recommend Body Happy if you’re looking for somewhere that will help and support you to make a major, positive change to your health and fitness. Jenny has been amazing, keeping me motivated, pushing me to work harder and finding ways around my long-standing issues/injuries so that I can keep making progress. Fantastic studio and gym at the bottom of second avenue. Well equipped and excellent personal trainers with additional extensive knowledge of healthy eating programmes, mobility programmes for injuries and bespoke programmes to suit all requirements from the beginner who isn't used to excersize to the experienced fitness junkie who demands a more challenging workout. Jenny has been the most advanced - knowledgeable - friendly - all smiles - encouraging - motivating - focused - gentle personal trainer I have come across and using her service has motivated me so much after my stroke 3 years ago. There are no words to describe how much I have loved my PT adventure with Jenny! From the second I stepped foot into the studio 8 weeks ago, she made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and most importantly - she made me smile. She has pushed me to my limits, and worked hard to keep me focused on I set out to achieve. We haven’t stopped laughing, and I truly feel I’ve made a friend for life... I love theses guys :-) so kind and helpful. The smaller classes are perfect for me. I can get lost in big keep fit classes but thees are ideal and give me a lot more focus and I don't trip up over my own feet lol! If you have been advised by your GP or other Health professional to increase your activity, or complete specific exercises to aid recovery, then we are able to help.

Maintain or improve your muscular strength, balance, and co-ordination with an exercise programme tailored to you. Sessions are held in a safe, quiet, and equipped studio, in order for you to feel positive, confident, and challenged to help yourself.
