It is impossible for me to imagine a cleaner, more well-equipped space that is solely dedicated to personal training (this is not a regular gym: you must be working with one of their trainers to use the facility). I so very much appreciate that 1, they focus on whole body workouts, 2. they offer incredible flexibility in the exercises and equipment they use, so it never gets boring. i also appreciate that they LISTEN: there are people like myself who are coming for body awareness and strength training after an injury; there are older adults who come for flexibility and overall body tone; there are athletes of all ages and sports working to improve their performance and there are those who are doing it for fitness, weight loss, etc. We all get totally individualized training. I want to comment on BE's resistance stretching technique. I may be biased since I'm now working at BE, but when I first started training at BE the resistance stretching technique was passed down to me. The best way to learn a technique is to have it done to you. Steve stretched me in ways I didn't think I could move. The result was clear mindedness, more flexibilty and mobilty, which lead to me to be able to perform my job and exercise routine at a higher and safer level. I recently used the massage services at Body Elite to help with the healing of a back injury I sustained about two months ago. I'm so pleased with the results after just one visit, I plan to go back every 4 to 6 weeks as an added preventative measure in my personal health plan.
